Ya...now have 5% early bird promo. Free SPA and legal fees, first year maintenance free, and deferred payment scheme. The fully furnished unit looks temptinf, very tastefulky done up. What you see at the showroom is why you get.

i prefer the un furnished unit. as i target to rent out. better don't put high end furniture

I don't like the idea of 4 years to complete.

Just Book 1 unit 532 sq ft FF, 577k, 17th Flr viewable KL Tower n KLCC, 1 Car park,

I think worth to own it

Congrats. Wise whack wise choice!! Should buy 1 more car park. If got $. Very worth it. future kl city car park will be sky high price n also crazy parking fee.

I believe the FF less than 1.1k psf is gamuda's staff price.

Just take a simple 3km radius, from case mutiara to sgr to TriBeCa to bts serviced apartment to verticas residensi to 6ceylon to soooooooo many others.
Further present value the future price of 1100psf fully furnished.
If it is not cheap i do not what is.
Location is not too bad.
Design also not too bad.
Developer also not too bad.
Only thing bad is their approach on this project. Fail to maximize.

Wellknow developer like Ytl also allow this. yes i got my fennal using this way.

U must be new investor. this type of jv agreement is not new. go buy Milan book.


This is call unfair advantages.

Why pay 1350 psf bad view when u can 1055psf best view?
