Don't look down on ppl's dissatisfaction. There are a lot of ppl who will fight for their rights.
Developer take note. I am sure u have a lot of fake employee accounts here.

I always "double-lock" my door but on Saturday, the door is only locked once and the door to the yard was unlocked. I believe they came over to inspect the defects only. Hopefully they start something this week.

Thanks for the tip. Been reading about Deka's fan feedback. Quite a lot of negative ones. Recommended brands are still KDK and Panasonic sweat.gif

Not sure on the common area defect rectification but on unit defects, rectification is ongoing.

Sometime have to think positive, else stay with so many grievances also not happy and in the end will just move somewhere. But don't forget he/she mentioned before will be at Zefer for long run...mana tau cabut half way. Pity those gonna stay there longer...

exactly...these are the ppl la making the price of the property go down...who know if he/she have motive behind it??
i am for sure staying no matter what coz no more $$$ to buy another one cry.gif so please do not make this place sounded that BAD ok mad.gif
for me more important they fix the unit since most buyer like me prefer to move in ASAP so that we don,t have to pay rent and pay for the installment at the same time..prefer to save $$$ for reno and furniture..
of course they still have to fix the common area la since we also pay for it ohmy.gif

in the first place, have you submit your rectify form to the constructor? and ask them to start work? If you unit got rain water seeping issued, get them to rectify it for you.

I have no idea if madtalk is owner or you are also one of the owner but IMHO, I think madtalk is sharing his personal opinion on this condo and venting his frustration.

I am proud to say I am one of the frustrated, upset, feel like screw up owner who just want to move in new home ASAP but facing this kind shit does make me feel make the wrong choice, but will try make best of the worst.
