so at night , they allow u to do ur business for 3mins, then darkness.

Fyi, magna prima just got sued by owners for poor workmanship and marketing their condo as 6star but delivered something else.

Don't look down on ppl's dissatisfaction. There are a lot of ppl who will fight for their rights.

Just to update on my defect rectification 'progress'. Currently no repairs done
I always "double-lock" my door but on Saturday, the door is only locked once and the door to the yard was unlocked. I believe they came over to inspect the defects only. Hopefully they start something this week.

I will be engaging a contractor who is renovating a lot of the units in Zefer and has a good connection with the Project Manager. According to him, he is able to get the defects crew to go fix my unit before renovation begins. We shall see about that

Also to add, the property agents that contacted me has been offering 600k for 1356sf units. Only 60k increase from original selling price

The whole market is slow, not just this property.
All business are affected, many people said because of GST, is it because of that ???

these peeps are really pain in a butt... anyway about ceiling fans maybe you can purchase in those uncle/ pakcik shop and get your own contractor to install because that will be definitely cheaper. Else i will get my electriction from my parents who is based in happy garden

well 60K ok what..less than 1 yr after handover..easy earn money haha..but if you sell it, you will not be able to buy back property with the same price

Thanks for the tip. Been reading about Deka's fan feedback. Quite a lot of negative ones. Recommended brands are still KDK and Panasonic

Not sure on the common area defect rectification but on unit defects, rectification is ongoing.

Sometime have to think positive, else stay with so many grievances also not happy and in the end will just move somewhere. But don't forget he/she mentioned before will be at Zefer for long run...mana tau cabut half way. Pity those gonna stay there longer...

have you been to Zefer hill condo? I am renting a unit there.... dun judge by words complaint in the forum. Go there and see yourself...  then you know what is high end condos....

I have no idea if madtalk is owner or you are also one of the owner but IMHO, I think madtalk is sharing his personal opinion on this condo and venting his frustration.

I am proud to say I am one of the frustrated, upset, feel like screw up owner who just want to move in new home ASAP but facing this kind shit does make me feel make the wrong choice, but will try make best of the worst.

I am very sure all of us will meet each other this saturday and i hope we won't be having this sort of loud discussion during the meeting, but whatever it is i know everyone is unhappy with the situation and no point shooting each other in the forum. Let's make it more gentlemen to discuss and walkthrough with VM this weekend, since its an open discussion we both side of the party will take note and understand the procedure. Am pretty sure both side will have something to say and let's listen both side of the story and come out with a proper solution.
