looking from the pic..kinda far from your unit..maybe if your window is open then you may heard some noise but once close should be ok...anyway nothing much you can do now...worse then install sound proof window
still think no so appropriate to advertise your services here..there is classified category for you to do it...

Actually I prefer the factory to remain here rather than having some developer building up another high rise condominium beside us. At least, the factory wouldn't block my KL view. So I don't actually mind it so much. Having said this, the best would be not to have the factory there at all. However, we take what we can get.

looking at the setup does not look like a permanent factory..cross your finger will be moving out within few years 
as said if the noise is unbearable then can opt for sound proof window...

Swimming pool issue /rectification had stopped. Water mark is still evident.

I have no idea if madtalk is owner or you are also one of the owner but IMHO, I think madtalk is sharing his personal opinion on this condo and venting his frustration.

I am proud to say I am one of the frustrated, upset, feel like screw up owner who just want to move in new home ASAP but facing this kind shit does make me feel make the wrong choice, but will try make best of the worst.

madtalk, how can you claimed that Villa Mas is doing nothing for the swimming pool?!! Well.. I took 2 picture.. One is about 3 weeks ago and another one is about few days ago. Everything was set up and ready to rectify.
By doing such claimed... it seen like very unfair to the developer....

Just basically share why I prefer to rent in Zefer compare to Koi Kinrara
1. stunning view from ZH compare with KK. KK got no nice view..
2. Maintainance of Koi Kinrara not consider very good, but no doubt it is nicely maintain. But i still prefer Zefer hill because it is new!
3. ZH is new that why have lower density -> which is part of the reason why i choose ZH.
4. ZH cap my attention is the classy swimming pool that facing KL view

I have visited Koi Kinrara before. Their maintenance for facilities is doing well.
