Just to update on my defect rectification 'progress'. Currently no repairs done
I always "double-lock" my door but on Saturday, the door is only locked once and the door to the yard was unlocked. I believe they came over to inspect the defects only. Hopefully they start something this week.

I will be engaging a contractor who is renovating a lot of the units in Zefer and has a good connection with the Project Manager. According to him, he is able to get the defects crew to go fix my unit before renovation begins. We shall see about that

Also to add, the property agents that contacted me has been offering 600k for 1356sf units. Only 60k increase from original selling price

Things had been on a standstill.
Swimming pool issue /rectification had stopped. Water mark is still evident.
a lot of units still have rain water seeping in issue.

The promise for painting exterior pillars and installing hoods on top of Windows looks like a lie and a pacifier.

Rain water harvesting as what was promised in brochure is not evident.
The only thing I see they are harvesting is letting water flow from pool to B4 parking and flood it there.

Motion sensor installation spot is just brainless .
it was installed in the toilet, 3mins later went off.
so at night , they allow u to do ur business for 3mins, then darkness.
