Will the factories down the hill slope affect our daily lives?
It seems the scrap metal factory is horrible.
We need to do something....

QUOTE(obee @ Jun 8 2015, 10:02 AM) Just to update on my defect rectification 'progress'. Currently no repairs done If u go see the listings in Iproperty, there are many units going for less than 600k.I always "double-lock" my door but on Saturday, the door is only locked once and the door to the yard was unlocked. I believe they came over to inspect the defects only. Hopefully they start something this week. I will be engaging a contractor who is renovating a lot of the units in Zefer and has a good connection with the Project Manager. According to him, he is able to get the defects crew to go fix my unit before renovation begins. We shall see about that Also to add, the property agents that contacted me has been offering 600k for 1356sf units. Only 60k increase from original selling price |

QUOTE(madtalk @ Jun 10 2015, 12:22 PM) Things had been on a standstill. Villamas doesn't seem to learn from their past lessons.Swimming pool issue /rectification had stopped. Water mark is still evident. a lot of units still have rain water seeping in issue. The promise for painting exterior pillars and installing hoods on top of Windows looks like a lie and a pacifier. Rain water harvesting as what was promised in brochure is not evident. The only thing I see they are harvesting is letting water flow from pool to B4 parking and flood it there. Motion sensor installation spot is just brainless . it was installed in the toilet, 3mins later went off. so at night , they allow u to do ur business for 3mins, then darkness. It shows the apathy and illogical minds of villamas. Hybrid car park =none. But guess they will occupy some normal car parks and draw : hybrid. Judging from the brains of villamas. Small things, but it affects ppl mood and mind. we are not demanding more. Just demanding what was promised. we have legal backings too. We have KPKT,MPSJ, Puchong MP notified about this. Looks like this weekend emergency meeting is to get a group agreement to proceed for the next step of action. Fyi, magna prima just got sued by owners for poor workmanship and marketing their condo as 6star but delivered something else. Don't look down on ppl's dissatisfaction. There are a lot of ppl who will fight for their rights. Developer take note. I am sure u have a lot of fake employee accounts here. Hafiz, pass this msg to ur directors. |
