Have your see the actual site? i think if yes you won't be interest anymore. The developer just want to find more money by luanching new project without taken the consideration the future traffic flow.
Now over there bukit tandang easy calculation already have more than 2K units and the amount will been increase if after Koi kinrara phase 2, atmonfera and this zefer hill once completed.

Definitely if the acess problem not plan properyl future there is nightmare for all..

The salesman today call me now they offer additional 1% deiscount.. mean only need to pay 2% down payment..

The main access road is suck. side road all fully parked by Vilamas apartment resident and only one line available for IN/OUT sad.gif

Ask the SA she said developer will widen the road but not sure when???

The project itsef selling price over value.. i think the developer not doing market survey enough..smile.gif-

have you went do site survey? I notice down to the zefer hill seem there have some factories. will the developer plan to open new access road connecting Sunway?

you should compare the actual unit. personal stay i will consider choose Zifer low density and close to Puchong town.
