My unit is totally fine already with water and electricity is totally up already. There is no issued for you guys to move in too. Anyway I heard still got some others unit is still waiting for TNB to install....

My unit has no problems with water and electricity. So, there should not be any issues pertaining to this if you were to move in. Having said this, I do hear that some of the other units are still waiting for TNB to install.

Also there are people moving about the buildings. For me, that is clearly a good sign.

Unit defects vs common area defects. I think more important is to settle unit first, to let ppl moving in. Then move on to common area defects. Of course you can say wtf I am paying maintenance but cannot use the facilities yet...

Just basically share why I prefer to rent in Zefer compare to Koi Kinrara
1. stunning view from ZH compare with KK. KK got no nice view..
2. Maintainance of Koi Kinrara not consider very good, but no doubt it is nicely maintain. But i still prefer Zefer hill because it is new!
3. ZH is new that why have lower density -> which is part of the reason why i choose ZH.
4. ZH cap my attention is the classy swimming pool that facing KL view

I really have no idea on tis. Anyway I understand from some agent, they told me that there are few units left in ZH. Whether is that true or not?

Went to view a few units there , yup, IMO its of a higher class feel as compare to the neighbouring condos.You'll feel and see the difference once you enter the place !! am still deciding whether to go in for investment .

The depth is only 1.2M across and though it appears to be small but it's sufficient but I'm not sure if it's meant for families =/ may get a bit too crowded for comfort if so.

Used the gym facilities for the first time as well and I'm rather quite satisfied. Ample equipment and FREE WEIGHTS =D
