Hi, anyone may share the rental range in spira ?

Hi viola owners, any progress on electricity supply? Last week they still doing meter installation. If connection has been made I just want to chk the water pump really functioning or not.

According to Mr Yusuf last Fri, upon finish installing meter for every Viola units, by then only they will connect electricity supply. Should be two weeks from now.

I just receive my house key yesterday & according to Mr Yusof, already got electricity. We just need to plug in the fius. As per yesterday only 26-28 people already got the keys. I hope that more people will move in this year. I most probably will move in this August..

3-phase for spira and i believe it's the same for viola. viola owner pls confirm this.
