Went to Naza TTDI sales office just now, Aquina only left a few units, min. price >RM760k. New phase going to launch soon at 10-15% price increase shocking.gif

Alam Impian tol is actually one of the exit from LKSA. Only need to pay once if you use LKSA.

No more DST phase, only left 3-sty, sm-d, bungalow, highend condo & commercial buildings. Thats about 60% left for development.
Good thing about so many bungalow n smd is existing dst price will be escalated when TTDI AI 100% developed.

Try their panel banks directly. Maybank, CIMB n Hsbc if not mistaken. Panel banks usually easier as there is not need for valuation or wheter or not to finance the loan. Good luck.

According to TTDI office, the road to TTDI AI is maintained by I&P so the drainage problem shd be rectified by I&P. They also mentioned the other 2 lanes of the road not open due to I&P no project around that area yet.
The second roundabout water build up during heavy rain is something that can be resolved easily since it is on high ground. Residents just need to highlight this issue to developer who responsible. I m sure they will fix it in no time as there hv many more phases to sell.

Other forumers has no intention in stopping you posting what you saw. You are free to tell what you saw and experienced as other forumers also have their rights to tell what they experienced. If someone say something different than what you said doesnt mean they indicate you make up your story. Sometime we cannot be too sensitive in forum as different ppl has different views. When it gets personal it will become irrational.
Since your sister going to stay there, it is more constructive if your can bring this issue to developer for the benefit of the community.
Snap some photos if you happen to see the same issue again, it would definitely help to illustrate the problem to developer.

I believe the owners of AI TTDI are mature enough to differentiate between constructive comments or not.
No point to continue pointless arguement here as i can see some posts already getting personal.

I went to Aquina construction site 2 days ago. Sad to find out they use sand brick for partition wall between houses. As i can see some Sephira units actually using clay brick for partition wall. Suppose Aquina is more expensive but why stupid naza ttdi want to cut cost?
By the way, the almost completed unit looks quite nice on finishing. Check yourself.

I believe duncan_me was referring to Lot 81 (number in the circle is lot number). It is a 24x80 intermediate unit second from corner.

Build up is close to 3000sft and it has modern facade. It is comparable to I&P Pentas 2 & 3(slightly larger BU) within the vincinity of AI which are selling >RM800k.

I would say it is a good buy. The exterior paint colors well matched and look elegance.
I managed to snap some photos while they are doing renovation.
Toilet tiles look gorgeous, not like those boring color and style. Save money on toilet reno. biggrin.gif

If what u heard is true then how come the 'ready to move in' int. Viola 24x80 only asking for RM700k?
Sth is not right, the different design of Zircona worth 270k more? Zircona is still undercon. vs Viola completed.
