There are plenty of subsale units in spira. Just need to do a search in iproperty and you will get it.

that doesn't sound good. It is as if they are tarnishing its reputation by providing substandard material. Personally I haven't seen the finishing and perhaps other buyers here could share their thought?

Update Status on Unifi @ Spira ;

Management of NAZA TTDI Land has agreed to borne 50% of monthly subscribe of Unifi.  notworthy.gif

This Friday, they will have meeting with TM regarding the package offer and payment mechanism.

Please call NAZA (attn : En Yusoff) for latest update that meeting. icon_idea.gif

i thought spira owners get 2-years free subscription? what is this 50% off about?

Received a sms from Naza TTDI. They giving 2% rebate for CNY.
*
they did something similar back in Dec 2011 before Christmas. guess no one wanted to take up the remaining units there and they're trying hard to push the sales. guess it's good time for them to try introducing other sort of promotion rather than 2% rebate, free 5-star holiday may be?

i was at the show gallery today with my friend. there are a couple of intermediate units available (aquina 24 x 80) selling at RM760k and there is one particular unit going at RM710k+ as this unit is facing the alley and bad feng shui may be? next month they will be launching zerconia and starting from RM630k for 20 x 75.

according to the SA, viola's title has been transferred to individual title? can viola owner verify this?

for spira owners, something i'd like to share with you guys. recently received a letter from my LA pertaining to the issuance of individual title by the relevant authority. apparently the authority has issued individual title on 1/11/2011 according to the letter i received. hopefully soon enough all of us will get the title la.

Yes. Even ALam Impian by I&P also the same.

Nowadays, kind of like default for property at this price...
*
from the photos it seems like they are using both red and white bricks? for the price we pay, i think it's only fair if they use the better quality red bricks. even setia alam's houses are built with red bricks. the use of sand bricks isn't as good an insulator as clay brick. hopefully i was wrong shakehead.gif

Well I should have posted these pictures as well to avoid such a long discussion about bricks. Anyway, the partition does consist of red/clay bricks, while the rest of the walls are white/sand bricks. The pictures taken are of the store room and the bedroom downstairs for Sephira.

Cheers smile.gif

thank you and that clears a lot of doubts! brows.gif

i'm not being racist but due to the many bad incidents happened over the years involving african national, it is best that we try to keep them away from our supposed-to-be safe neighbourhood without compromise. having said that, if the tenants staying at your unit are here for good reason, then i don't see any major issue. have to find out the details from wherever sources you could bro smile.gif

New spira owner here smile.gif

hi future neighbour! me too waiting for keys from lawyer but i reckon it will take additional few more months since the individual title was released half way when i was about to collect keys from lawyer after signing my s&p back in Nov 2011. damn kacau lah this thing made me have to wait for 6 months after s&p signing!!!
hopefully there's no delay from any parties now until i get my keys in the soonest possible time. doh.gif mad.gif

venven, why need to wait for transfer of individual title? Key collection need to wait title?  hmm.gif
I thought key collection can be done once after developer VP and you have sign S&P and bank have issue 100% payment to the seller.
*
well bro, i bought a sub-sale unit where now my financier needs to wait for the receipt for the presentation to land office (donno whether i got the term right) from my lawyer before they will release the sum to the vendor's financier in order for me to get the key from the vendor. this thing happened out of a sudden and causing me delay in getting the key -> renovation -> move in! arghh.... such a frustrating period it is

According to Naza, they're giving defect liability period (DLP) of 24mths upon VP, not 18mths
*
wah lau! how come this is different from spira? but of course this is a good "difference" and it will be great if they could extend it to 36 months like sp setia.
