if they are buying for own stay then may be yes. if those are designated bumi lot and they want to buy for investment, it's most likely a no coz they also realise that bumi lot will not fetch good returns.

Most area in Shah alam is surrounded by factories ... The factories beside AI also surrounded by Bukit kemuning, KK, etc ... I don't see a big deal as they are not so polluted.

I see. The reason is because we're going to start renovation soon. And one of the items is plaster ceiling at ground floor level. So if this is not fixed permanently by the developer, they will let us take the responsibility since we have done changes on the ceiling.
And another concern is since the water marks is on the 1st floor in master bedrooom, this is where we plan to put our built in wardrobe. It will ruin my wardrobe if they dont fix this leakage at its root.
