[COLOR=red]if this crack is on the external fencing wall, minor touch up will do since it's not structural crack

Painting defects due to leakage
[COLOR=red]judging from the pic, is the leaking found at carporch roof slab? first identifying the source of leaking is critical and seem like there are big voids found at the soffit slab. normally this type of leakage is due to improper vibration during concreting, i susgest u to consult Naza or waterproofing contractor for the rectification work

Drainage scupper is not aligned with the drainage pipe
[COLOR=red]as long as water can be properly discharged out, shouldn't be an issue

Direct water splashing during heavy downpour. Rain water was flown into the foyer.

wahh...this might be design issues...yesterday also i went for site visit also, my kitchen area also pour with water from the door....i believe its due to heavy rain direct to the door...

To solve this matter I was thinking to put some shade like polycarbonate in between both car porch roof slab area but need cooperation from neighbor.unfortunately my neighbor is an investor

to resolve my back door water pour, i believe awning is a solution, but for front door water pouring i believe we need to raise our complain to naza...

Ya, this is a design failure, and I think awning would be a better solution to this, but what if our neighbor doesn't cooperate, or they are investor?  I think Naza should do something, or install the awning for us.

guys, pls bear in mind not only here but all new facade house with flat roof  porch got this problem.

House is nice but not practical.
there are many nice glass shades you can do
but really need both neighbour understanding.

Mostly will face the same problem especially during heavy rain....so far never been there during heavy rain, don't know how serious it was.

hi crystal, which road are you located? FYI the crack on the wall at the car porch area isn't a major issue. i donno how to explain this but the main con who does the rectification work did explained to me on the reason, which i can't recall exactly what he said to me. once it's fixed it will be a ok
