hi..im one of viola buyer....so far i didn't receive any letters or call from TTDI to receive key.....i did manage to go into the house, so far the finishing as a glance thru is okay, BUT the facade colour turn me off....developer should change it to more exclusive colour or pastel colour instead of blue...if any NAZA TTDI SA or management team, read this comment, pls take action .....

can we prepare list of viola owner..just to know my neighbour la...this township still new..need to know everyone surrounding me..so we can help each other if there is any problem.
Most important things in township is the neighbour..house defect got money can repair..neighbour..kalo x ok..sure x best punya..

hi, im also viola owner, but im not sure which typelah...but 22x80..but weird because i havent receive VP letter? i called the SA Syed, he said pending CF from Majlis,...then ask about unifi...unfortunately we dont enjoy free unifi as what new phase like sephira or aquina....so we need to subscribe & paylah.. ...i also want to share some picture of the house after the guard allow to go around ....

bros,

first of all you receive VP letters that attached also all deposits amount (for tnb,syabas,quit rent, assessment rent) + penalty (if late payment lah). So you go to NAZA office at sek13, pay everything then only you can fixed date for handover key (weekdays only for handover). So far, that what happening to me & im okay with the process......at the time being i will stay there because the area might take 2-3 yrs for fully develop.........

wahh...this might be design issues...yesterday also i went for site visit also, my kitchen area also pour with water from the door....i believe its due to heavy rain direct to the door...

I dont what is the main thing concerning your fren, but i just hope that he is making a decision from the bottom of his heart and with a bit more information. Go and visit spira and viola and see it yourself .... at least that is a guideline.......

hope you dont mine i comment on your statement. Just sharing the knowledge i learn from others. All over Malaysia have 1 rules. The kindergarten must be built and ready 1st before we apply for the liciense. It will take 2 years to get the full liciense. Until than any kindergarten are allowed to opperate even the liciense is not approved.This is the reason in Malaysia 80% of kindergarten dont have liciense yet beacuse all under application and after 2 years only the approval is given.Maybe we should change Malaysia rules.My sister is running her kindergarten Smart Reader at Klang Bukit Raja and it had been 2 years still liciense in process even after not approved.Funny but Reality.
