For those asking about Viola keys. What I found out from Naza is that CF is ready last week and they hope to give the keys sometime end of this month.

based on my experience..no point arguing with bank....even though they late...purchaser will have to pay..developer chased purchaser not bank..bank dont care ..if we make noise and consistently followup (during the progress claimed) with the banks then they pay attention to us...otherwise..merayu sajalah pd developer..

anyone works for any bank...veli2 sorry..thats my experience

can i know yr unit number..i'm also type C..
can we prepare list of viola owner..just to know my neighbour la...this township still new..need to know everyone surrounding me..so we can help each other if there is any problem.
Most important things in township is the neighbour..house defect got money can repair..neighbour..kalo x ok..sure x best punya..

i want to let go my unit..20x80, unit no 8, facing south east, i think the back of the house is within 30m of the guard post at the entrance there, iinm..price rm615k nego..if u guys / frens / relatives interested, let me know..tq..

Ya, this is a design failure, and I think awning would be a better solution to this, but what if our neighbor doesn't cooperate, or they are investor?  I think Naza should do something, or install the awning for us.

Rosemary, dont make judgement purely from info via forum like this. Few years back there was some people keep condemning Desa parkcity and SUnwau SPK house price, quality and etc.....if you would have listen to that and cancel your purchase, you will be kick yourself all this while.

Now forum is more open and more mature, people willing to share bad experience, or so. Not like few years back, all people keep quiet becoz they worry that if the news of soemthing bad or negative about their property or whatever being known by everyone, then there property value will go down.

I got a chance to visit SPira previously, i think the house quality is pretty decent and reasonable for the price...of course certain thing i think can be improved ....like car porch (only using concrete instead of tiles), some design practicality, etc.

I dont what is the main thing concerning your fren, but i just hope that he is making a decision from the bottom of his heart and with a bit more information. Go and visit spira and viola and see it yourself .... at least that is a guideline.......

Hi Everyone.I am new to this forum.

I am comparing the property between Canting and Spira to purchase one unit. From what i observe, last week there was a heavy rain for a short while and the road near the Roundabout to Spira was flooded until the cars cant move.Was a jam over there.

In Canting there was no flood at the same time. Additional Canting  have more facilities,thier own Kindergarten (Tadika Dian) which is very convinient for me to send my kids there.

There is shop lots coming over there.hope that a dobby shop or mamak restoran will open soon there.More facilities more value.

Just my own opinion i am sharing.

hope you dont mine i comment on your statement. Just sharing the knowledge i learn from others. All over Malaysia have 1 rules. The kindergarten must be built and ready 1st before we apply for the liciense. It will take 2 years to get the full liciense. Until than any kindergarten are allowed to opperate even the liciense is not approved.This is the reason in Malaysia 80% of kindergarten dont have liciense yet beacuse all under application and after 2 years only the approval is given.Maybe we should change Malaysia rules.My sister is running her kindergarten Smart Reader at Klang Bukit Raja and it had been 2 years still liciense in process even after not approved.Funny but Reality.
