They have increased the price of Zircona but giving free legal fees and stamp duty on MOT as well as loan documentation. RM3k deposit only. After a rough calculation, the price with launching promo on launching days still more worth it.

What is the average rental in Alam Impian? I'm thinking to get one for investment purpose
*
i doubt the rental of landed property can give you nett positive yield/cashflow. it's up to you what your investment objective is. personally i won't invest in this area for rental income. it's just my opinion. don't shoot me if you think otherwise ya. peach y'all.

of course. rental income is more for high rise. but for landed, look for capital appreciation.

7%, but 3% or 4% rebate and the benefits that crystalcheng82 mentioned. However, they mentioned it was only for the weekend and must sign S&P on the spot.

At first glance on the newspaper, it seems that the property carnival promotion is only applicable to bumi where 10% discount was allocated to them. Does this mean more bumis will be your neighbours ?
On contrary, i think bumis not interested in TTDI due to their high pricing. maybe this 10% will do magic.

if they are buying for own stay then may be yes. if those are designated bumi lot and they want to buy for investment, it's most likely a no coz they also realise that bumi lot will not fetch good returns.

Agree .. but 10% wor ..perhaps u are right. bumi market is limited. Even cheaper, ppl dont want to buy cos no buyer .. now i wonder why the non-bumi willing to pay so much higher .. i pity those bumi cos they get a lot of discounts but yet they cannot afford to buy ..

Heard that MBSA has rejected the application for the kindie in Spira. I was told if anybody still send their children there, if something happen, you don't get pay even if you have insurance.

i suppose this is a piece of good news to all the spira owners! although my wife is kinda pro this kindie coz i now have a 2YO girl and it will be damn convenient just to send her there but then again when there're lots of people coming in and out of this area, i really don't think it is that 'exclusive' anymore not that this place is exclusive la.
