Guys, hows your water pressure at Spira? My 2nd floor pressure is very weak. Is it normal? U guys using water pump?

Hi, this is literally my first post on lowyat although i have read this forum from cover to cover before finalizing the purchase of Sephira, so thank you to all who contributed, as it made my decision a more educated one. I was there last week, a couple of houses have been constructed with roof and all, while others are still half way done.

Here are is a shot i took of a house that is all up, hopefully it won't get me into trouble as i manage to sneak in to take it.

for spira owners, something i'd like to share with you guys. recently received a letter from my LA pertaining to the issuance of individual title by the relevant authority. apparently the authority has issued individual title on 1/11/2011 according to the letter i received. hopefully soon enough all of us will get the title la.

from the photos it seems like they are using both red and white bricks? for the price we pay, i think it's only fair if they use the better quality red bricks. even setia alam's houses are built with red bricks. the use of sand bricks isn't as good an insulator as clay brick. hopefully i was wrong

How is the quality of workmanship of Viola unit? I heard it is bad...is it true?

hi Venven, clay brick is the red color brick. Unfortunately, nowadays even properties selling at more than 1 mil is constructed with sand brick (Grey color). I think Viola was selling from 430k to 530k onwards, so, at current climate, this is not expensive to a certain extend.

How long does CCC takes place usually? 1-2 months? Can we get the keys
by March for Viola?

may be some issue on finishing..but i think overall still acceptable

I believe MBSA is still compiling the feedback. So far, no news from MBSA as yet!
