expected price 575k for 20x75 type with no garden view..premium 50-60k for garden view.

The land size is 22'x75' and 24'x75'. I think 575K is Bumi Price. 2-stry & 3-stry

I received the similar invitation.

It stated TTDI AI from RM 575k onwards, which I think it's cheap since the facade and building layout looks at RM 650k above.

I also wonder is this AI or Grove. Anyway, if Grove, maybe little over expensive.

it's 22 x 75 and 24 x 75 choices.

For Naza TTDI products, the lowest price of RM 575k is already after 7% bumi discount, means it is from RM 618k onwards.

Looks cool.

Aiyaaa. Tarak mau percaya ka.

Zircona
20x75 : starting 575k onwards
22x75 : starting 622k onwards
24x75 : starting 680k onwards

All stated are before disc. Got 3% disc for early bird

Most of corner is 2.5 storey. Not 3 storey.

3 storey will be the last phase of their link resident in AI.

Scale model for Zirconia was displayed at AI gallery with 22x75 and 24x75 type.

Many established developers started with small scale projects, could be 20-30 yrs ago, and most of them are not providing good quality home, some improve and some remain the same or even worse.
If you examine I&P, IOI & Mah Sing quality in the past projects, you will shake your head, but now they built decent quality houses. LBS & Magna Prima used to be lousy quality builder but they also try to change her image to build quality house, let's see. I think TTDI is transforming to become a good service provider.
It is too early to judge TTDI. cool.gif

I bought spira. No issues on building quality. only one deceiving specs saying ground floor ceiling is plaster ceiling when only a small part is indeed plaster ceiling.

Anyway, 575k is cheap. with that facade, buy buy buy haha.

On the other story, can my Spira neighbours here confirm that my house is occupied by a bunch of Africans? Because from the tenancy agreement I let the house to a 21 year old lady Neesha. Please let me know okay?

I feel that this Neesha is just a proxy for her parents to sublet to africans to profit. Please please let me know. You guys are my hope as the agent is HOPELESS.

are u joking around?let's c the I&P,IOI, LBS n MAH SING's management...my view and urs is different.NAZA is not a new developer.Even they got strategic location for the project but they failed to deliver the quality which dissatisfied their clients..dont take 10 years back..we always look forward..n their management is totally different from IOI MAHSING LBS n etc etc..try to change to build quality house- i paid so much for a value added property not for them to improving the quality!

Thank you. the tenant in my agreement is 21 yrs old. she claimed she lives with her african boyfriend and his cousin.

Bro..please don't blame real estate agent...not all give bad service..and another thing..the agent don't know that this tenant of yours is gonna con him/her and you. This happens all the time to all of us...what you should do is contact back the agent and ask him /her how to solve this problem...agents and investors should work as a team..I know sometimes agents also act like donno when things go bad like this, don't want to help owners...So next time Bro, please appoint an agent from a good and reputable company..which their agent is trained to handle problems and drawbacks.. thumbup.gif

Yup bro, Actually everybody has their own will and view ...

Most of the big timers, are failure sometimes, and no one is perfect ...

But if i compare Naza TTDI and compatriots, I&P and Sime Darby ... sorry, seriously i really prefer Naza TTDI ... Quality, so far i am happy enough with the Spira and am happy with the design, quality and detect ... which is much much more better than Sime Darby .... What is another additional point for me, Naza TTDI sales man are friendly enough and most of them that i met not as LC LY as Sime Darby's, Mah Sing's and IOI's, and information are well prepared compare to LBS's and etc ...

Management, i not so sure, but i can confirm the high management of Naza TTDI and it's mission & vision is much aggressive than Sime Darby and I&P. My importance is not their management but the company's drive and mission to develop the product of the township i bought ...

Quality, i wont say perfect, but i can compare it with I&P AI, both on par and i seriously not satisfy with those LBS ( cheaper product, so nothing much to shout ), Sime Darby ( totally lose unless those high end bungalows, i aint sure ) and Mah Sing's LH plus over price projects .... IOI, i have no comment ...
