anyone who frequently go to the site to check on their house, can update the progress of sephira?

Hi, this is literally my first post on lowyat although i have read this forum from cover to cover before finalizing the purchase of Sephira, so thank you to all who contributed, as it made my decision a more educated one. I was there last week, a couple of houses have been constructed with roof and all, while others are still half way done.

Here are is a shot i took of a house that is all up, hopefully it won't get me into trouble as i manage to sneak in to take it.

Hi ttdi fans, i&p is using red brick for partition wall. The clay brick u saw from corner wall or back side of the house are clay brick. All partition wall must use red brick. It does not matter is i&p or ttdi at AI or subang.

Correction: corner and back wall are sand (not clay) brick. Need to go inside the construction building to view clay red brick.

Well I should have posted these pictures as well to avoid such a long discussion about bricks. Anyway, the partition does consist of red/clay bricks, while the rest of the walls are white/sand bricks. The pictures taken are of the store room and the bedroom downstairs for Sephira.

Cheers smile.gif

Hi all, we are moving into Sephira which is ready possibly next year. Just a quick question if anyone has secondary schools kids, where are you sending your kids? Or which school do cover transport to Alam Impian. Still contemplating between schools in Klang, Subang and Shah Alam.

Thanks.

Hi there,
I am moving in to Sephira as soon as its ready, we are so excited and can't wait. I have been following this forum well before we decided to invest and would like to thank the pioneers for discussing and going through the topics constructively;) the details that will be beneficial for us subsequent buyers. I have an infant and a 12 year old and currently live in PJ, which is convenient but I don't find it safe, thus the G & G concept was the draw for us as a family. Plus the price for a corner unit was within my budget. I work at the same place as Naing (will come over and say hello one of these days). Looking forward to be part of this exciting township.

Oops used the wrong account to post. The above was my account to track education activities discussed on the Education Essentials Forums. For Alam Impian, I had created this account. Blaming it on the antibiotics I am on..lol. Thank you Jenghui.

As for snakes, it is actually us who are invading their natural habitat by developing. So its really not the poor creature's fault at all. However saying that I am terrified of them. The best solution is to call Bomba, who will assist in removing them safely.

Now I have to re-think whether to do landscape or just concrete my porch to avoid attracting unnecessary guests. Will research on type of plants that keep away snakes. And to for those who are gravely inconvenienced by living in this new development, do the rest of us a favour - sell and move on.

Lol... i won't change my plan Naing, besides it will be too hot to concrete my entire corner lot. I love the greenery but am too lazy to actually do the gardening work, so thinking of simple carpet grass so that the kids can run around and some trees that are structural looking, not too much foliage. May i take it further to ask if there are nurseries around the area that anyone in Spira has used for landscaping, do suggest.

Hi Shamini,
I would suggest ignoring the negatives and focusing discussion leading to a better community in Alam Impian. Looks like we are in the same neighbourhood smile.gif looking forward to meet when we move in.

Regards,
Jas

if u call bomba to chase away o catch the snake, do u have to pay them?

No, I don't think so. In fact I very recently had a bee hive removed from my current house. All they told us was to get them some insect repellent, they then went about getting onto our roof and removing the bees. But you can always ask them when you call for help if they require a fee for their services.
