if you guys are talking about the same roundabout that that i think u are talking about, then i dont think they will do anything at this point of time coz no housing area nearby the roundabout..once the construction reach around that area..then only they will do sumthing about it..at the moment all the housing is at the end of the road..the construction trucks uses the same road as the roundabout right? if they fix it now..it will be damaged very fast as the trucks use the same road

last i check with the sales guy..he said handover targeted on march/april 2013. have to just wait and see..

btw..if not mistaken (correct me if i am wrong)..S&P date is usually different for everyone...its based on the date that you have purchased.not the date that project started on. So..if people purchased earlier, than their date in S&P will be earlier. So..if not handover to them by date, then those owners are entitled to reimbursements.

what about the houses right next to spira? has it been painted already? last time we saw couple weeks back they were still putting the bricks..

how did you manage to know they are tiling now?

I went there last yesterday. they extended the zinc fence near the TNB house and started digging in the middle of the road near the previous zinc door. Starting to build guard house maybe..

just now when i visited sephira..i saw a snake crossing the road..

anyway..the visited the site where they are building the big mosque right after the toll. they are also building some islamic science and technology center in there as well..

After toll..1st roundabout take a 3 o'clock turn
.then go straight all the way..u will reach

when did this conversation happen? when i checked with the sales agent..he said some time this May. but still have to check with credit department

- The courtyard in living room makes the ground floor looks small. not sure whether can close it off or not with the 2 "tiangs" in the middle. Thinking of moving the courtyard to 1st floor
- The room next to kitchen is also very small. might as well remove the back room and toilet to expand the kitchen.
- The back of some houses are higher than the others. accessing to the back lane from these houses will need you to go down a couple of steps
- Master bathroom is open air
