To Spira owners, have you guys paid for your MOT?

Just received a progress claim for roadworks and now in the process for CCC. Houses, playground and other infra work already completed, now they are doing cleaning and some minor repair. Guardhouse and fencing will start after they get CCC. At the moment they will not allow us to enter the site but I always 'curi curi masuk' from the other side

Have you received any letter for the conversion of the title from master to individual?

Received a sms from Naza TTDI. They giving 2% rebate for CNY.

they did something similar back in Dec 2011 before Christmas. guess no one wanted to take up the remaining units there and they're trying hard to push the sales. guess it's good time for them to try introducing other sort of promotion rather than 2% rebate, free 5-star holiday may be?

or buy 1 unit 2nd unit 50% off.. LOLx

the unsold units are corner lots and end lots i guess. hard to sell that one.

Telekom say they just finished survey on Spira. U guys now anything about this? I hope they roll in UNIFI soon.

By they way, anyone got good contractor for awning?

i was at the show gallery today with my friend. there are a couple of intermediate units available (aquina 24 x 80) selling at RM760k and there is one particular unit going at RM710k+ as this unit is facing the alley and bad feng shui may be? next month they will be launching zerconia and starting from RM630k for 20 x 75.

according to the SA, viola's title has been transferred to individual title? can viola owner verify this?

viola first get individual title? what about spira?

Well, it will be a slight good surprise if they are selling a 20x75 at RM630....if this is really true, then i think it is a good strategy to backoff from keep building bigger house on bigger land. Lower entry price would be more favorable and most likely easier to sell,

I will consider if they offer 7% discount!

well that was what the SA told me. better to double check it with NAZA TTDI for more details.

i'm one of the viola buyer..didnt received anything on individual title....

keep pushing these people. jangan nanti in the end tak leh convert into individual title. WTH lah kan. jgn nanti tiba2 end up strata pulak.

during that time i'll hired lawyer to sue them...provide false informations...
