i thought spira owners get 2-years free subscription? what is this 50% off about?

I believe they said 3rd phase and above get 2 years free. Spira and Viola was never included.

I cant find the article but from this article he said "new phase" by that time Spira and Viola already sold.

U guys register for UNIFI/streamyx already or not? TM seems slow means not many people apply from spira yet. If they reach quota maybe they will expedite the installitation.

*Viola owners also should register now so that when u guys move in, UNIFI is already available. Hehe

Hi Guys,

Any owner of 20X80 viola here? Id like to open up court yard so that my living hall area has more space.  Open up includes taking out the sliding doors, the window glasses, raise up the floor to be even with the living hall area and cover the roof with glass. I plan to make this area as my tv area. Is this a good plan? Anyone?

I have a unit in Spira and i was thinking the same thing. Let me know if u get any reliable contacts.

How come no one cares spira dosent have any internet connection? What are u guys using?

This Sunday I'm going for house inspection (Spira sub sale unit), may i know what is the procedure to submit the defect list to the developer? How long will they take to do the rectification work?

Normally i take picture and email to yusof at nazattdi.com or customercare at nazattdi.com. Once, they all me back like 5 mins after i sent the email and they fix things really fast. Because my gate is not locked, i ask them to go in and do everything. Last time there is not many house, so they came the next day.

Lol. Whats happening here? Wendy, im staying at Spira now. To me, the Pool of water is really not a big deal. The lack of internet (UNIFI) at spira 1 year after completion is a bigger deal. I know your concern about the future of the area.

Have a drive there yourself, You can see that Spira and the rest of TTDI Alam impian, is actually uphill. Even the water tank is nearby. Im sure the problem is temporarily because of the work being done at the side of the roads.

Spira is about 60-100ft, the water tank is 170ft and Tinta I&P beside the toll only 24 ft. Most of Kelang is around 20ft. You can download Google Earth to check it yourself. I know its accurate at certain places that im familiar with.

Sephira and above gets free UNIFI for 2 years i think. Spira and Viola might get half price.

Can anyone confirm if unifi is already available in Spira?

Went to view the house last week and was told by agent that it is already available and showed me the green metal thingy at the backlane alley.

Not sure how true it is though. Can someone please confirm? Thanks

Hi, to me internet is high priority too. I spoke with a few of the residents, they say Celcom broadband is really fast in that area. Im going to get myself a Celcom soon.

agree.they should really work out something to make the surrounding looks better along the way to ai ttdi.left and right look like undeveloped land with rubbish.Feel like heading to a kampung.by the way, what they will have in the future along the way to ai ttdi?as far as I know the land beside the road belong to inp not naza.naza has no control what will be developed there is that true.maybe is inp strategy to make ttdi area looks not attractive around that area so everyone heading to inp area.

UP to the 2nd traffic light is under I&P. Last time that part, the road lights are not even turned on at night.

if unifi is not available then, try la other alternative like wimax. unifi is not that good after all if you know what i mean.
*
UNIFI is really really good. Theres a HUGE difference between 4MB Streamyx and 5MB UNIFI. Unlike streamyx, UNIFI is very stable. I have tried almost everything including WiMAX, Celcom, Digi, except the new Yes! and Umobile. Wimax is good when its not raning and if no one in the area is using. Time (astro) is good. Maxis dosent work in Spira, only Celcom and Digi now.

Why is Wendy so aggressive? With all the CAPS.

Anyway bottom line is, Spira needs to set up an RA asap.
