Idd.... good. digi is targetting foreigners.

For calling certain Indonesian network only at 22 sen/min.

And according to DiGi CS, there is only one IDD FnF, though my online account shows 5 slots.

Apparently there is two DiGi Best plans:

Old DiGi Best Hit RM1
New DiGi Best Prepaid

We can change from Old to New for RM3 fee. According to CS the new plan has special IDD rate to 5 countries and the new plan apply already to activation since 18 April 2012.

Today my colleague MNP to Maxis. The staff said, "let me guess, you're from DiGi?". To think that 2 years ago, people MNP from Maxis to DiGi by the boatloads... now the other way round...

hi all, currently my bf and I subscribe plan RM50 & plan RM30 together. And, My bf also sign for smart plan (RM68). Currently, I am interested to sign for the smart plan (RM68) too.

I have go through the smart plan package, there also include phone call. So, I plan to stop our call plan which is the RM50 and RM30. Both of us only sign for the smart plan (Rm68). Is this work?

Since we are using the same account, so we still can contact each other with free sms & calls, is it? Pls correct me if I'm wrong.

Because if we subscribe the phone call and the smart plan, will abit costly for us (50+30+68+68).

Can give any advise for me? Thank you smile.gif

yes,u can have a smart plan as main line and a smart family as supplementary line
i take mine as example
I'm on smart plan 68
my gf is under me with smart family plan (300MB) <---- for this package if u need more data,u can increase the quota to 1GB,3Gb or 5GB,price will be same as principal smart plan
got what i mean?

If you don't need 3GB of data, what hown said is the better option. 300MB with free calls between principal and supp. If you and bf both take RM68 smart plans, also can. No more RM50 and RM30 for RM68 smart plan, just RM68 + whatever you use.

No lah, iPhone example not correct. 2 years ago where got people go from iPhone to Nokia, and now Nokia to iPhone. iPhone is relatively new. DiGi is not, it's a good telco 2 years ago but now has degraded to such a level that it's expected for its users to go elsewhere.

mine > 1mth. complaint 4 times via OCS & DChat. Got a call fr CS to follow up. but calls still dropping, signal at times zero.

already lodged complain with CFM.org.my abt it.

Digi CS called last week. Told me they have no plans to add base station in my area & that's why can't solve my problem. Scrap, the CS even ask me to change to different service provider.

CFM responded to me & said Digi will allow me to terminate contract without penalty. Too bad i don't have contact with Digi.

So, now should I stay with Digi or screw it? Currently on DG250 plan + 58 internet unlimited

log a report with CFM.org.my

it's possible to terminate contract with Digi without penalty as long as you have contacted Digi CS abt the problem & report to CFM.

What i did is, Dchat with CS. Copy & save whole chat then attached as proof CFM as part of complaint.

Below is the reply from Communications and Multimedia Consumer Forum of Malaysia (CFM)
"We regret on the situation that you are facing. Please be informed that the issue arise due to low network coverage at the particular area and there is no site plan from DiGi for the network upgrading at the moment.

However, the penalty fee for early termination will be waived as per informed by DiGi."
