Digi postpaid now still able to surf on opera browser after quota finished ? I remember they advertised it. Somehow i not able to surf after quota finished

You still find some mention of Opera Mini in the TnC of some older plans:
http://new.digi.com.my/Page/tnc/default/tn...sapp_opera_mini

But I can't find anymore mention of Opera Mini in the current Smart Plans. I guess DiGi/Telenor must have some disagreement with Opera and have quietly dropped them as partners. Even the "App Passes" in Opera Max have disappeared. A bit sneaky of them.

I didn't calculate stamp duty yet. If calc stamp duty another add on RM10. I didn't see any processing fee.

Edit: Lodge a report d. They need to escalate the issue to level 2. They can see the not tally on their side.

Agreed with your statement.

All new postpaid plans do not provide unlimited surfing via Opera Mini now.

They are quite smart too. With that 7 days limit and a huge quota, surely quota won't easily finished. At first I thought that until bill cycle finished but 7 DAYS? How I'm gonna finish that a lot of quota. Haish DiGi 😑

Umm, lets say you are going on a trip to somewhere for a week, then the 8GB would come in handy.

I wish Digi can offer it forever but with a limit of once a month, that would be great then. thumbup.gif thumbsup.gif

But at least maybe they can provide a longer duration for those who need a big quota but cannot finish it in 7 days... biggrin.gif

Quite cheap for those people. Quite cheap for me also but not good in terms of longevity.

If you don't have the info, just say you don't have.
If you don't know your latitude/longitude, give your street address.

Anyway, it's DiGi Support's way of avoiding work, by putting all sorts of obstacles in the customer's way. (I have to say Maxis' support was much more responsive than this.)

After my calculation with all telco iphone 6s plans, Digi is among the cheapest. I will be buying iPhone 6s 64gb with Digi Postpaid 68 More Internet 2 year contract plan.

Question: If there is a better Digi Plan in this 2 years, can I change to that plan without paying penalty?

The Digi salesman told me must pay penalty if still in contract. Is this true?

You can't change the plan until contract is end.

Yes, will be penalty if you cancel line under contract
