Anyone taking Smart DG plan??

Currently looking for Samsung Note 3 come with EPP (Smart plan RM78).

Based on what I understanding,
RM600 need to pay upfront when taking phone, this money will be return on monthly basis until 24 months??

the rest amount (RM1,399 + RM1,872) go for EPP which is monthly need to pay RM136.30.

In the end, RM136.30 - RM25 (return from RM600) = RM 111.30, is this correct??

Slightly same situation with you, initially I through the internet will be slow down somehow I still can get the speed of internet as usual although the internet plan has exceed.

Anyone know how to get soft copy of Digi statement from their Digi Portal?

I have tries few months still unable to get, only able to log in and see remaining SMS, Call, Date & etc but not for statement

Feedback two times no reply, this is happened after they updated their Digi Portal... very annoying.. mad.gif

Yup, I have log in my account

Is it under Bills & Reloads ? After click, turn me to another page for log in again

After log in, just indicate of my detail, nothing related to statement

I have tries every options:
- Dashboard
- Usage
- Bills & Reloads
- Plan Add-on
- Accounts & Plans
- Store & Orders
- Profile

None of it related to statement

Same, Plan 78, no unlimited call and only 3 GB sad.gif

If no mistaken, RM200 will be imposed if terminate the contract early... But I saw people commented that within 2 months contract can terminate and sign another plan, is this correct ??

FYI, Digi has setup temporary booth in 1U shopping center, for those who interested can have a look, saw the banner promoting for SP75 plan - 7GB, located at Oval
