As long as you are subscribed to data plan, you can use LTE. Have you tried connecting LTE manually? Are your sim card usim? Does you phone support both band 3 and 7?

Manually search mobile network
Usually Sim card more than 3 years are not USIM. USIM usually had a "U" under DiGi brand while some doesn't but it's still a USIM(the sim I had).

Digi says that all new sim card is LTE enabled d. It seems the description stated on the website about U under logo etc doesnt apply anymore n the info is outdated. The U sign seems to only apply to older LTE enable sim card. So they say la.

Let's say my prepaid amount of RM50 is going to expire on 1st April.

If I reload RM10 today, will it add 10 days to my expiry date?

TQ

Nope. Expiry date remains the same because your validity is still more than 10 days

i see, no point of reloading early then. I take it that if the validity is less than 10 days away, any reload will add the expiry date?

Yup. If it's 5 days to expiry, it'll add another 5 days. Hope you get the idea
