same for their twitter. although they advertise their twitter as "live help" iirc

call usually will get u a reply of "we will escalate and call u back in 24 hours"

email will usually gets u a call back in 24-48 hours, but even then they usually do another escalation. i duno wat happen after that...

Does anyone know are there any kind of things like policy stating that you must stay on a telco for a certain period of time before you could MNP into other telcos? Tried to MNP into Digi from Celcom but my request got rejected by Celcom with the reason non fulfillment of contract obligation

Check with celcom to confirm that in their system u have no contract with them anymore. I've heard some people having this issue coz the system holding on old records etc

Quit satisfied with DiGi services before this. Now move to new house and DiGi coverage very bad... really sad because DiGi internet a bit better than Celcom.

I compared based on picture loading in facebook.

Digi having promotion roadshow here in HP Cyberjaya.
Such an irony, promoting their services here with no service coverage. LOL!
When I asked them, they told me to call the helpline instead. bangwall.gif
