Greetings DiGi users,

Maxis user here, but considering porting over to DiGi mainly for their better data packages. Maxis has not been competitive pricing wise for a while already...

How's your DiGi experience so far? In the early years of LTE (2-3 years ago), when I was doing my research, Maxis was still the leader, but now it seems DiGi has improved their coverage? (According to their website, but obviously, from this thread looks like a few people are experiencing reception issues).

Any details will be useful to help me confirm my decision to port or stay.

Picked up pre-paid to test out as per everyone's suggestion, good idea.

Using same phone, unfortunately Maxis LTE still much faster at my home and at work.

Shame, as DiGi had really attractive package.

Maxis was giving me average 7mbps download, 5mbps upload.
DiGi on the other hand, average 3mbps download and 0.5 upload.

Office even worse.
Maxis 20mbps download, 5mbps upload
DiGi 1mbps download, 0.1mbps upload

anyone using or porting to digi 65?

My current plan is iDigi50, contract free now. I got 2gb Data, 150mins call and 300 sms (100 domestic/200 digi-digi) for RM53 include gst also free Music Freedom. Now is that worthy to upgrade to unlimited call RM65 plan? current Smartplan 50 got no Music Freedom, so not worthy for me to get it using Iphone 6s plan.

I said i planned getting the rm65 postpaid promotion with free calls.

THe sales man said ok. there is no charges among change new plan after full contact.

just now i received i been charged RM200 for what>?

Hai all..anyone here from jenjarom, banting??hows the coverage..wanna suggest the rm65 package to my mom and shes a teacher at sk jenjarom..currently shes complaining about no celcom line at the school n i see theres digi tower near threr.

Digi H+ is very slow compare to umobile

imo number of user for those area do some affect for the internet speed. like me here at hometown Besut, when any holiday or weekend, internet speed usually dropped. Most likely people coming back hometown too.

because in postpaid, you have to pay the monthly fee. but for prepaid, many don't really reload their number all the time.

prepaid is a good target market:
1) if it's attractive, many would get one as their second line or third line.
2) without realising, sometimes prepaid users might reload(paid) more than postpaid users.
