GSM1800 used by digi is design for urban area. So unless digi got GSM/3G 850 band license digi coverage always suck.

nope. digi to tron/clixster/happy not allow.

it take 5 working days MNP online celcom prepaid to digi pepaid.
mon morning - register MNP online
tue morning - dg call
wed evening - sim card recieved, call digi
thu evening - still my celcom
fri - up to 48 hrs to swith.

Dont think data only sim can MNP. U try and please report here.
