the Digi prepaid data plan, digi keep changing it, from beginning of the year they charge RM30 for 500mb, then reduce to RM30 for 300mb at the middle of the year, and now they increase to RM30 for 600mb.

Digi really taking people for a ride here yo.

Exactly, DiGi prepaid tariff is like the stock market. Sometimes up sometimes down. And we never know when it will change. Quite risky we invest in it. If DiGi cannot commit on its pricing, why should we user commit on the plan?

any 1 that want DiGi Ambassador PM me. i got 5 slot available to give up starting from 2012 Dec until 2013 dec.

benefit : free digi to digi call (max rm50 every month)
50% of market 3GB data smart plan fees (promotion starting today until 31-dec 2012)

no contract, can stop use any time.

Imagine it as a DG50 plan.
That means whatever applicable to DG50 is applicable to you.

I'm using the 1GB plan because just bought a Note 2 last month.
Previously I didn't sign up for the 3GB plan because my BlackBerry didn't need it.
Now regret. sad.gif Waiting for next round of promotion.

It seems to me DG50 is no longer available.
Anyway the rate for DiGi Ambassador plan is RM 0.13/minute for calls to all telcos and RM 0.10/SMS to all telcos.
RM 0.10/minute for FnF calls.

Nowadays, I have my phone ringing too short (maybe 15 secs) then straight away to voice mail. Any idea if we can get the phone ringing for longer period of time?

weird.. couldn't seem to connect to 3G now.. only can use the 2G network..

is it my phone problem ? or digi?

u can ask DIGI to disable voicemail for you and see it works or nit icon_rolleyes.gif

The default time is only 20 seconds. It can be extended to 30 seconds if you set up a call divert on unanswered.

Voicemail is waste of money. These days got Missed Call Alert good enough.

Since when did we don't have the drop call issue?

On the different matter,
I'm looking to replace my ancient SIM card.I prefer to change to microSIM card because I might change phone in future & majority of the phone nowdays comes with microSIM slot.So my questions are:
1)Can we ask for microSIM replacement in any official DiGi Center?
2)How much do I have to pay for it?
3)Can I order microSIM card online from DiGi online site?

Call DiGi helpline & complain.
The last time I had this problem some a-hole stole cables from the transmission tower that cause the tower to be unable to transmit signal.
It was fixed after few days.
