My parcel reach the PPL office last Wednesday at 7am. But whole day it was "being processed".

Ironically, PosLaju only cuti for Raya from Thursday onwards. So why the **** did they delay the whole of Wednesday, I don't know.

Today PosLaju resume services. Parcel gets "processed" again at 7am. It's already 5.30pm, and still hasn't been delivered.

So I'm guessing it's going to be stuck in "processing" limbo until the ends of time?

During festive season, it's usually like that.
It's like all the parcels have been accumulated over the past whole week, many staffs on leave and now everything is slowly getting back to normal and the crowd has to ease up slowly.

Very common. Try to avoid sending any parcels during any festive seasons/long public holidays if possible.

Hey, if i send something to an office address and got written down who is supposed to receive it, with phone number as well, normally how the Poslaju driver deal with the parcel? Possible they will just put it to the company mail box and does not call the person to take the item?


I heard that last week Poslaju delivery was very slow due to Hari Raya, since Hari Raya just past not long ago do you think if i send something tomorrow will it be still take long time to reach?

That depends on the driver himself.

Some of the drivers is really good at their job. Most of the time they deliver to my house, they will call first to make sure someone's home.
But it's a different story if the delivery is to my parents house, lots of times, they don't even bother knocking on the door or horn to notify the household that they're home and just leave a paper saying they "tried to deliver but no one answered the door".
Nope, starting from Tuesday 13 August, delivery has been up to speed, no more delays.
In fact, there's less people sending stuff through Poslaju after raya. Probably because their wallets are empty spending for Hari Raya and the next salary is weeks away.

You need tracking number to track the parcel sent via poslaju. No number no tracking.

why the delivery man didnt even call me if i was at home or not? i lived on level 20 apartment with access card to enter but i have not received a single call or even a miscall nor SMS. today is the third time this thing happened to me. i wonder if the delivery man is the same person in charge of my neighborhood area. never contact me but instead left a self-pickup note every time he 'visit' my apartment. online tracking just asking for me to pick up the item myself. what a joke. as if the delivery man 'visit' my apartment just to left the note without bringing my item.

Poslaju don't go up apartment usually, that's one of their "unique spot"

Try calling the PPL Kuala Lumpur see if you can arrange them to go up at certain timing

no i mean even if they could not go up doesnt mean they cant call us to go down. other courier also call us to pick the item. even mcd delivery calls us down.

Guys ... I send the item to my customer on 2th sept n today my customer told me he haven't received the item and I checked frm the trace it show "consignment cant be trace" and the item is already there. Any idea?

There is more than 1 PMK (Pusat Mel dan Kurier) around Malaysia. So you see 2 cos, your parcel arrive at 2 different PMK. in your tracking, 1 in Kajang and 1 in Rawang.

ALso there is one in KLIA.

Call them and ask. If they still say no record, make a report with them.

Why do you think it wouldn't be safe?
You can send motorbike via Poslaju also. You can always choose to use other courier services if you have your doubts.

funny thing is the history of my tracking keeps changing without "conserving the old one" first it says received and process--> dispatch from the origin -->goes back to process agn da fuq?? --> right now 10 pm it says dispatch out from origin..
usually will it reach to bandar utama (near 1utama) by 2morrow? desperately wanting to know the time so can assign ppl to pick up.

I am being charged RM9.95 for a parcel from KL to Ipoh using poslaju. How is it counted?

Weight : 1.138KG

RM7.50 CUKAI (6%) RM0.57
SUR RM0 INSURANS
SBA & SP RM1.88

TOTAL = RM9.95

What is the SBA & SP charges?
