So If I were to open an account I have to drop by their office nearest branch? Usually I go pos office everyday to post things, but were getting more orders lately and tired to run to pis office everyday.

If the item I posting is always the minimum rm6, what are the price if they were to come collect? Thanks

you can't expect service as good as expensive courier like FedEx, DHL, UPS, GDex, TNT, Kangaroo etc. from PosLaju.. the rate is cheaper, so you should know how they work.. if you expect the courier to call you everytime they deliver to your house, don't use Pos Laju.. even DHL sometimes didn't call, they simply just leave without any notes..

Hi all,

How reliable about Pos Laju? currently I'm considering switching from Pos Ekspres to Pos Laju for my small business due to recently there is a case which status show delivered but buyer didnt receive the item..

My questions are:
1. How secure is PosLaju? someone can just sign a parcel which is not belongs to them..
2. Did PosLaju do verification when they deliver the parcel?
3. What can I do if a parcel is lost or not delivered but the status show delivered?

Thanks for anyone help me on this..

Hi all! First time posting a poslaju parcel here!

Just wanna ask. I used a box to pack my item. Do I need to write the address on top?

According to poslaju website "Recipient's name and complete address must be clearly written on the parcel."
But if I take a flyer and wrap it, then the address isn't visible anymore.

Please help! (I'll be sending lots of parcels in the future so if possible I don't want to write the address on every box.

Thanks!

You only need to bring the address on the consignment note.

Parcel is normal mail. Poslaju is express service. For poslaju, you need to add in surcharge and sales tax to get the actual amount.

not sure if this is a good place to ask but well i'm looking for paper to wrap my goods since poslaju no longer provide flyers...any recommendation?
Poslaju still provide flyers, but most branches are always out of stock & they prioritize frequent customers / registered customers.

But soon flyers will no longer be free.

Wrong. It depends on the driver himself.
Poslaju in my area always calls first before arriving to check if I'm at home or not.
But at my parents house, they never called. Sometime they didn't even bother knocking on the door at all. Forcing my parents to take the item on the next day from Poslaju centers.

I received my parcel from poslaju today. It should be sent to my office which is in the 3rd floor.

Guess what ? I found my parcel in the pigeon hall but not delivered to my office doorstep. I was waiting in the office for two days just for that document ! Come on, the parcel is an important document !

The postman had reached the ground floor, what can't he just take the lift and come up ? How if the document lost

This is ridiculous ! BAD SERVICE & BAD ATTITUDE.

Today I want to send package (1 bottle perfume) but the poslaju lady doesn't want to accept it.
I really don't understand. I packed, wrapped and placed in a box and wrapped it with kertas minyak but still she said " tak boleh hantar. Ada air. Saya dengar air".

Seriously, I can't hear any liquid at all. This is not my 1st time using poslaju to send perfume. I've send from kl to kk and vice verse but no problem at all. I'm so stressed. Any idea guys?
