Is the poslaju tracking realtime? Or how long  intervals they update?
*
Depending on the area that you're in. And it is definitely not realtime. Still, one can estimate it easily if you've used them for quite some time.

Hi guys, i recently i just brought some game controller through website from Australia and i just wonder is is possible to used the international local postage tracking no. to trace back the parcel back to Pos Malaysia ? Normally how long does it take to ship to malaysia ?
*
i dont know about Australia but if its from the USA using USPS, YES you can use the tracking no. provided by USPS into Pos Malaysia Track & Trace website once the package reached our shore. Even if they use USPS First Class Package Intl with no tracking available (tracking number still provided, you can track movement in Malaysia using Pos Malaysia website but not in US/USPS).

haihz. poslaju always like this. Item posted on thursday (from kl) havent reached to my place yet (kedah). I'm just wondering, does poslaju in kedah work on sunday? or all are standardised weekend on sat and sunday?

previously bought an item, posted on thursday, received on next tuesday.

this time around, they haven't updated the track and trace yet, still showing the item still in kl on 28th of nov. haihzzz

Hello.

I have a question if I may. Can I personally go to the poslaju center to personally pick up my items? You see, I have bought a new gaming accessories for my bro's birthday but.....Lets just say I put too much hope on poslaju. The item are from johor to kota kinabalu. Tracked and it is already in kota kinabalu. I havent seen any poslaju and I am....*sigh*.

Maybe my english is pretty bad but, can someone enlighten me what does this mean?

Call them in the morning. If the parcel has not been send out for delivery yet, ask them to keep it at their center and you will go and pick it up.

If send out for delivery already, you can only wait for it to be deliver.

That's common. It'll take some time for it to clear customs, especially if it's a parcel.

Dear all, how should I go into complaining their service on product inside the package get tempered?

I have informed the sender and we have come to an agreement that it is almost impossible the product surface get a deep scratch while being protected inside a rather hard plastic casing. I acknowledged the product to be fine with photo from this trustworthy sender.

Thank you all in advance.

But what about the package? Is it tempered?
If it isn't, then am afraid the seller cheated you.

The seller did not put into a box and seal it. The items were put into the plastic wrapper from Pos Laju. Most likely it was being hit by a heavy object, resulting in scratch.

Hi there I bought item from china where the seller use EMS to send to Malaysia. The problem is the parcel already reach the nearest poslaju office which is PPL Batu Caves, the first day when its delivery I'm at home all day and there is no posman came up or hang notice. And the status is Unsuccessful delivery
Addressee not available so today morning I called 1300 the Pos Hotline and they tell me is the technical problem which they cant send out all the item on time NOT the address problem so it will be deliver by today and they call me to wait. So I ponteng some class and come back home to wait for the parcel but unfortunately I wait until evening there is no one ring my bell but I saw pos laju van delivering parcel at the condo beside mine. So around 6pm I call the 1300 again and they tell me van sedang hantar and I said sedang hantar tapi I belum terima and then he said "I will forward you to the supervisor" something like that then he hung up. LOL What the heck? And I track the number once every 10 min but around 8.30pm the status updated to Unsuccessful delivery Addressee not available but the timestamp is 2 something in the afternoon. I was like wtf? waste my time to wait and in the end it says failed to deliver. What should I do now call the branch on tomorrow morning to request for self pickup or wait for them to deliver again? Feel like being played by poslaju mad.gif mad.gif . Just wonder why they don't call to inform us if the address is wrong and let us wait like stupid.

if the items are easily scratched, i'm afraid it's the seller responsibility to wrap it properly to protect it. Your seller knows it's easily scratched yet did not put in any box to protect it?

The seller should bubble-wrap it or something, because you can't expect the post officers to know what's inside and that it's fragile right? as long as the plastic wrapper has no sign of being forced open, then i don't see that the post officers did wrong...

if you send a glass via poslaju for example, if you just put the glass in the plastic wrapper without box and bubble-padded, do you expect the glass to reach the receiver in good condition? think about it....

anyway...what you can do is make a complain to poslaju and pray that your seller did include insurance for the package...

but imho, in this scenario, is the seller's fault...

I do agree with you that the seller did not take into consideration of that.

Hello guys. I wanna ask something. My parcell is held by customs and then they sent again to MPC PMIH (KLIA). What is that means? Is it already clear from customs?

Thanks guys.

Hi guys, wondering if we can
1. send our item via poslaju if we use our own packaging(courier bag/paper box)?
2. If answer is yes for no.1, Is there any restriction on the packaging(eg. color etc)?
3. If answer is yes for no.1, can we still use their pickup service?
4. say if we do the packaging ourselves, just need to get the form from pos office branches FOC then stick it on our courier bag/paper box, am i right?

1. Yes.
2. They usually put it into their flyer.
3. Dunno. Should be able to.
4. No need stick, just pass it to them when you send it. They got the plastic thingy to stick on it. They need to process the form before sticking it on the parcel.

Thanks for your reply!

Do they charge for poslaju flyers, or just the postage charges?
