Thanks for your reply!

Do they charge for poslaju flyers, or just the postage charges?
*
You can just use their prepaid flyers/boxes which they charge starting from RM6 each. Flyers comes with bubble wrap inside also. There will be a maximum weight limit for these flyers and the price you pay for the flyers is inclusive of the Poslaju charges.

Otherwise, no, don't think they charge, at least not that I know of. Last time they don't, I can take as many flyers as I want but lately have been using prepaid flyers already.

Guys quick question, what exactly does "Delivery Process" mean?

I see most people who post their tracking timelines and when it is out for delivery it's usually stated "Courier attempting delivery" .

So just wondering if "deliver process" is another term for the same thing? Cheers.

my item arrive at delivery office since 5th December.

Every morning they just refresh blindly?

Instead of updating stupid updates, why can't they just deliver my parcel!!!

Pos Ekspress does not require the receiver to sign off. Poslaju requires the receiver to sign off upon delivery.

This means that there is a higher chance that your receiver will say he/she did not receive the items because there is no proof of signing off upon delivery.

Courier attempting delivery means that your parcel is out of their office and the Poslaju ppl will attempt to deliver on that day.

I've not seen Delivery Process before. But if you have any doubts, just call up Poslaju to clarify.

If only they would pick up the damn phone. Call dozens of times either engaged or too busy. Horrid experience.

IMHO, they seriously need to upgrade and streamline their end to end processes, only if they every take into considerations.

Then not much choices, either wait for it or go to their branch to complain.

I don't know what happened to my parcel since the customs doesn't ring me or anything. Does this mean they ship it back to sender?

okay, all this while, I've been very satisfied with poslaju services but i'm getting just a tad anxious about today.

I don't usually make orders over public holidays fearing delayed service, but im expecting a parcel arriving from Bangi which hasn't arrived yet.

user posted image

Everything went smooth sailing from peninsular to PPL Kota Kinabalu until the status reads 'delivery process' at 9:18 am 58 seconds and i haven't heard from them ever since.

Quite puzzled, it shouldn't take too long delivering the item since the post office HQ is at the same block as my address.

Prolly alot of postmen are still enjoying their holidays hence the delay....
Should i wait or save them the trouble by going directly to the office and collect my item?

If you're not needing it urgently, then just wait for it to arrive. Sometimes Poslaju deliver my parcels around 7.30pm.

You can call them to say you will go and self collect, but based on my experience, 5 out of 5 times, they will not communicate to each other properly and in the end they will still deliver it to the initial delivery address instead.

thanks for your reply smile.gif
Even the sender is getting jittery, that doesn't help my situation, lol.

now the status reads unsuccessful delivery as of 7:01PM, then prolly they'll re-attempt sending again tommoro you reckon?
