Sometimes it depends on the Poslaju center. Also if it's office block, I notice they won't deliver on Saturdays. If home then they'll deliver sometimes. Not very consistent.
Those are boxes, postage not included. Flyers was given for free but these days they sell prepaid flyers already. For like RM6 each flyer or something, but prepaid postage for below certain weight or something.

Flyers are given free right? But why when i asked from the post office the clerk said i hv to prepare my own envelope sad.gif

Hi, I find this transaction weird:

16-Feb-2014 13:26:57 Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office HUB POSLAJU PMK
16-Feb-2014 10:05:58 Courier is attempting delivery
16-Feb-2014 07:44:48 Consignment arrived at processing center PPL JOHOR BAHRU
16-Feb-2014 01:11:03 Consignment arrived at Transit office HUB POSLAJU PMK
15-Feb-2014 20:03:39 Consignment dispatch out from origin station PPL PETALING JAYA

How come the delivery is before consignment dispatch out lol...
Anyone experienced this before?

Thanks~

Hi.....does anyone know how does PosLaju charge usually for the fuel surchage and handling surchage?

I have always been using Prepaid Envelope (RM6 for 500g for delivery within Peninsular) but am wondering if there are cheaper options?

I found this rate schedule in the PosLaju website:
http://www.poslaju.com.my/services.aspx#section1
and it's written: "The rate is subject to Fuel Surcharge, Handling Surcharge & 6%GST"

So if delivery from PJ to Cheras, which I think should be Zone 2, what would be the charge?

Thanks for your response....

Note :

The above amount is not inclusive of 15% fuel surcharge, 10% handling charges and 6% GST
No 6% GST for item posted from Langkawi and Labuan

Hi all, I had purchased an item oversea, the expected delivery date was on 4th of April, and it is already 23rd of April now, I still haven't got my parcel yet. Does it actually caused by the address that I wrote for the seller is wrong?

The address of my place is
A-x-xx, Desaria villa condominium,
Batu18, Sg. Rasau, Kg. Pulau Meranti,
47120, puchong, Selangor

But i wrote it in
A-x-xx,Desaria villa condominium,
47120, puchong Selangor.

If it really happened that , where do I able to retrieve my parcel back?
Seeking for help and urgent, please tell me what can i do now

You should ask PosMalaysia....go to your nearest post office and enquire...or ask the merchant whether they have indeed make the delivery...

btw this thread is on PosLaju leh....

Sorry if I had misused this thread, I really don't know where can I seek for help, cause when I am not around, they left my apartment a card, I was retrieving my item back on poslaju too for the previous parcel. That's so I seek for help here.
*
O...they left a card? Poslaju card? Then just go to the Poslaju office and claim back, that's all...

Normally Zone 2.

Zone 1 local town must be within same postcode range.

http://www.poslaju.com.my/services.aspx
*
Let say Sender and Receiver is within same postcode range.
But the post office that you deliver is not within the range.

Is there any impact?

Coz I always post at Kelana Jaya post office, although my address I put KL.
But I always use the prepaid envelope, so not sure if i use manual would it be cheaper if my receiver also in KL?

Peti surat is the box at your house or your own post box in condo/apartment.

PO Box is Post Office Box - box at post office or at some company provide the services, which you can rent.
