Do take note though, it will depend on the place that you are sending it to. Still, I am still very much satisfied with their deliveries up till today. biggrin.gif

yup agreed....

so far i have no problem with poslaju...

There's an occasion where i did not realize the address is out of their service coverage...i started to worry when the parcel stuck at the post office for more than 2 weeks...but after some email correspondence and special arrangement, my receiver finally got the parcel...

i know many complaints on poslaju but so far i find it the best value haha...

Yes. And if you request them to send in the morning and make a call when send, they would do it happily too. I just did it 2 days ago. The dispatch guy called me up at 745 to inform me that he'll meet me around 1030 - 11. He made it another point to inform me when he's about to reach my place too.

I'm pissed off with the service. I went to Pos Office with the tracking number, they said the parcel already out of the office and on delivering process. Until now still dont receive my parcel.

Before you ask a question, please search through the old thread over at https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/106419 first, or at least read the first few posts.

Pos Malaysia's website
Pos Laju online tracking service (Usually updated at around 10AM or 11PM) Update: Appears that some have trouble with this, so you can try here or here as well.
Pos Laju rates (Remember to read the fine print. Certain cost not included yet one)
Pos Malaysia Network (Addresses, direct contact info etc). Pos Laju can also be delivered through a third party company called Mailboxes Etc
Pos Laju pickup service coverage and details
More Pos Laju services
Pos Malaysia customer service tollfree hotline: 1-300-300-300 (Operating Hours: Mon – Fri : 8.30am to 8.00pm ; Saturdays: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm)
Pos Malaysia customer service email address: csc@pos.com.my
Second delivery is FOC. Contact Pos Laju to arrange
Shall update this with more info later

Don't think there should be any problem with posting those stuffs. What do you mean do they have the scanner to scan? They scan their barcode on the Poslaju consignment note to track the parcel. Nothing to do with whats inside the parcel.

normally it will take 2 days for them to upload into system. Once it has been uploaded you should expect it to provide day to day update. Not sure bout real time update

Once it reach Malaysia there will be a new tracking number provided by poslaju. There wouldnt be any problem to keep track on the tracking no

Controller have lithium battery so not sure if they would be able to send it to Malaysia. Check with website. If they allow then it should be fine.
