Hi, may I know if PosLaju have coverage area restriction?

I got this in the poslaju tracking and am so anxious now!!
I didnt know there is coverage area restriction and feel geram cause the clerk failed to advise me....

I'm the sender and going send a parcel to receiver but coincidentally the receiver staying nearby my place. Receiver insists to send to him by poslaju so he could self collect at poslaju office(I have no idea why).

I'd like to ask since I will leave the parcel at the same poslaju office he collects, do i need to pay anything to poslaju?

waited the whole day with my condo front door open, no one came, no one called, no slip of paper
suddenly dare say addressee not available
had one experience where i was not home with DHL, courier called me, i didn't answer. put slip of paper, then i make request re-deliver again, the next day courier called me if i am at home, then done finish no problemo
that is a good service, this? this is annoying, blaming the recipient not being home when i was at home the whole day just to wait for the courier to come

It's better if you go and pick it up yourself at the post office. Else, who knows when it will arrive. That's what I did, I got so fed up waiting for 4 days so I just went and pick it up myself. Not once, but many times... In confronted the postman and turned out he didn't even know where I live. WTF?!!

Won't be using poslaju again anytime soon, had a really good service with dhl instead, i wasn't home, they called me, i didn't amswer, they put the notice in front of my condo, the next day after i requested a second delivery, the courier called me before going to my place to confirm that i'm at home, that's what a good service is all about
Really annoyed by this, didn't even call me even though i put my number there for the sole purpose of avoiding this kind of problem

I was intimidated by a postman today, two things for particular:-
1) Do you want your parcel or not? If you don't want, I won't deliver it to you.
2) If you don't (follow my instruction), I'll.....

When he stop at the "I' will", I straight away asked for his name and turned off the call, therefore no specific details i.e. what he will do to my parcel, was heard.

The "instruction" refers to a rude demand (rude in the sense that he speaks in Malay "Kamu datang sekarang", as if he was ordering me/I'm obliged to do, no words like "please" or "would you" etc) that I, instead of waiting for him at my house, I must walk out of the house and go to a place of 10 minutes distance (as he requested) to receive the parcel.

I had already lodge a complaint in regard to such scenario..but, is there any further action can be done?
I'm super scared that he do something to my parcel ...=_=

Common problem with our local courier company (Nationwide/Poslaju for example):
-Business/retail address can get fast servis
-Home address? Delay....delay...delay....sooooo many excuse.... lastly have to pick it up by your self.

Same case with my wife...

Did you know which branch calling you?

Complain to their FB Page like my wife did...tell them that Poslaju branch didn't want to send your item but insisted you to self-collect.
Btw, we pay 'delivery-to-door' services rite? Not 'self-collect service'.....

Hi i just want to know, recently poslaju is becoming quite a nuisance, i waited for my package for 2 days both day they say failed to deliver when I was clearly waiting in front of my door. What I want to know is, what time is the closing time if I want to self collect? Cant take it that I have to wait and wait and wait only to know that they never deliver on time . I know the website says up till 7pm but is there anyone who manage to collect after 5?

The guy told me with PosLaju the document can be received tomorrow already.

PosLaju is safer than PosExpress...
