The XNA/Silverlight games are pretty unstable too, they'd crash right in mid-game laugh.gif

That's the point, even with a mananged enviroment and they still can't do a proper job. And you want to give them native access?

If you've ever attempted to program games in XNA, you'd realize its restrictions.

So you're saying that because of XNA, no game developer can write games properly then?

Nokia Drive works very fast!  drool.gif And the clear black AMOLED is certainly very nice and put my HD7 to shame.

My experience of using Nokia Drive on my Lumia 800 in Penang is rather disappointing. Some major routes are missing, incorrect road directions, buggy & laggy route calculation, virtual no offline POIs... Initial lock on is blazing fast & pretty accurate when static (I speculate is due to GLONASS + A-GPS), but when you're moving, it wasn't that good.

Just want to share some thought on Lumia 800. The charging lid, the speaker placement, the curved glass may not suited to everyone taste. It's still a fantastic phone, but do try it out before hand if possible.

If Lumia wasn't your taste, Omnia W has already landed in Singapore. So you might want to wait a while if you're Sammy's fans.

One thing I'm pretty disappointed with Samsung Malaysia is that until today they didn't officially published Omnia 7 on their official Samsung Malaysis Website cry.gif and I have to get my Omnia 7 at Singapore back then (that was before Maxis had it here)... it's almost a year and still the same Samsung Malaysia doesn't even recognize this device on their site here... My feeling is that they will not have Omnia W here as well... sad.gif

They are just too busy with their Galaxy strings of product shakehead.gif

The attentive phone app is not appearing in my apps list after I downloaded it from the HTC hub.

Any solutions to it?

ahtiang, Samsung Malaysia will recognize the Omnia 7 as a support device. I brought my Omnia 7 in for warranty a day after I bought it from Maxis due to dead pixel, and they replaced the display for me F.O.C no questions asked. They didn't even ask me where I got the phone from.

Hey!!! That's how MY LG died, my suspicion is that the SSD which they were using had very VERY low rewrite capabilities and decided to die after such a short usage.

Interesting... I'm sorry though, I'm guessing nothing short of a full and complete SSD replacement can fix it.

Oh.. why didn't I send mine to local service center? Cause it's from Singapore. tongue.gif If your's is local set, you should have a good chance for fixing it.

!! my warranty just ended on 10 of Jan ! Is it expensive to fix the problem ?

connect your device to the PC.
1. Go to Zune
2. Click "Settings" on top
3. Click "Phone" on the left top
4. Find for the word "Update" and click it
5. wait for it to check for further updates, if there isnt, find for the word "Restore" and do whatever it tells you to XD
