Seems to be very network dependant, if you're worried you can just start up the messaging up, and for a quick instance you'll see on the top left corner whether you're connected (it says signed in) or not (says can't connect to chat)

Some days I can keep connected, some days I can't.

You need the FREE tools

And as with all programming platforms, a willingness to learn and experiment

The Mozart's BIGGEST issue is the slow MicroSD based storage. Most of the loading problems are because of that.

Luckily the Radar doesn't suffer from the same issue.

So theoretically speaking, if you are able to swap Mozart's default microSD with a higher class rated card, it should be faster?
*
Theoretically speaking YES.. but the effort to involved to do so... just get a Radar.. you get a front camera thrown in as well!

I understand that some people prefer to carry an extra battery for emergencies, but that's not the only way to keep your phone charged.

You could just buy more cables since its just your typical USB micro head.

Or you could get the various external battery packs available.

But I guess everyone has different requirements. wink.gif

Fulat,
I'm DiGi postpaid subscriber. (DGSmartplan).
Have u facing the same problem?
TQ.

first thing you need to realize is that signal strength doesn't necessarily equate to data line quality for mobile data.

Your signal strength maybe at 100%, but the cell tower is congested with traffic. Hence your data transmissions can't get out.

If you mean directly clicking a link and dropping a file into your phone? Nope.

Videos :- You can try this method. http://www.marauderzstuff.com/PermaLink,gu...9d349bc9c9.aspx

why it's so complicated now?
we used to copy and paste the song from PC to phone...

Now they make it so " NOT USER friendly " to use it.

Are we going backwards.......

Well, the iOS devices work the same way through iTunes, you basically have to do it of you want to play nice with the content industry.

Microsoft needs to fix the multitasking. Instant resume only works if you use the back button. If you press on toast notifications or just relaunch an app after going back to home screen, you will need to wait for the app to load. This is a complete waste of time. The system should be smart enough to detect that you've recently used the app and activate instant resume.
*
That's the way it's meant to work, the whole idea of the Windows Phone navigation is that you're browsing through a site. Therefore if you want to return to an app in a state you opened previously, you just keep hitting back (or use the task switcher) like you do when you're browsing webpages.

If you choose to start the program again you'll always start a new instance unless the app was coded differently. You just need to remember if you want to go back to something, use the Back button.

Thank Apple for making manufacturers have the mentality that NO BUTTONS would be cooler than the iPhone's ONE button. Also, to the device maker, not putting a button there is actually cheaper and less prone to failure.

Saying that makes it sound like you've been through all the apps in the app store already. What you WANT to say is "I wish WP7 had the apps which most ppl are using on the iPhone and Android."

Facebook app is a joke.. well.. it's not useless, less adequet yes.

LOCAL apps, do you know how long it takes for a company to get a project started to do work? WP7.5 itself is still in a climbing phase over here so it's gonna take some time.

Skydrive File Synching? Have you not seen the Skydrive app in Marketplace? Just that like Apple, MS has to play nice with the content providers and lock down the phone from simply downloading any kind of phone on the phone. Hence you can only deal with certain media types in your Skydrive storage.

Other exclusive MS services? Well.. MS seems to be spreading out the reach of their services, so it's likely you don't see much more 'exclusive' stuff. Using WP7 as the preffered platform ie. Halo Waypoint ATLAS services being free on WP7 you might see more later.

Seeing the stupid m.bing.com page instead of the desktop one? Hmm.. I guess the DESKTOP version link is too small for you to see then? And if you're doing normal web searches, you could just hit the search button and use the built in search app, which also shares the lucious background image of the WEB portal. Have you not tried using the feature?

WP7 still needs more quality apps from big developers such as Facebook. The Facebook app in WP7 is a joke.

WP7 also needs more love from Malaysian companies. Currently Malaysian companies like GSC are only showing iPhone some love, and Maybank is only recently warming towards Android. Don't know how long more for Malaysian companies to treat WP7 seriously.

Even Microsoft is not helping WP7 much. Where is the Skydrive file syncing? What about more exclusive Microsoft services apart from Office?

Even the Bing HTML5 page is not working on all WP7 devices. I'm still having the stupid mobile Bing page that's probably meant for WAP devices.

This is it people! More or less official confirmation that Marketplace is gonna be official for Malaysia soon! Although I'm wondering how the additional rules will affect developers?

This was always my worry for XBOXlive and such to get local support. Malaysia has special content guidelines.

"
New: 3.10 – Country/Region Specific Requirements

Policy Description:
Content that is offensive in any country/region to which your application is targeted is not allowed. Content may be considered offensive in certain countries because of local laws or cultural norms.

Countries/regions for which one or more parts of 3.10 may apply include the following:

Group 1: China
Group 2: Malaysia, Indonesia

Examples of potentially offensive content in certain countries/regions include, but are not limited to the following:

- People in revealing clothing or in sexually suggestive poses
- Religious references
- Alcohol references
- Sexual or bathroom humor
- Simulated or actual gambling"

Marketplace isn't supported in Malaysia yet, this is just for developers to choose the distro destination. But it means its more defined than it ever has been.
