Actually Foresta density is not considered very high

Land title for whole phase 1 is 13.2 acres. With 928 units over 13.2 acres, that's 70 units per acre. There are other projects with much higher density...

It thinks it's the feeling of all 4 towers with 30+ storey all clustered together and sharing the same facilities that make it feel high density

just some ppl feel DF very high density.. total block and unit for 4 pharse / 21acres..
but many also dont feelit or else will not haveso many ppl buying..

jln kuching royal domain,royal regent that call high density.. small land with so many block and unis

I would look at it as a "chicken and egg" situation.

People like damansara area because it is convenience, modern and popular. It becomes the magnet that attract the high density development surrounding this golden piece of land.

The point is, when a land is designed to be high density, much more consideration has to be taken into account so that tenant living in the development will ENJOY and not SUFFER.

The public are in BBB (Buy Buy Buy) mode...

The whole master plan are total 14 blocks of condominiums and about 2,800 units if im not wrong. Currently there's only 2 block are being release for sale...

phase 1 = 4 blocks ( almost sold out )

phase 2 = 2 block ( duplex and large unit )

phase 3 & 4 = 8 blacks?

14 blocks roughly about 3,500 units. if one unit houses 4 people, only stay 14,000 people. there are many many more units needed.

instead of over supply, i think seriously under supply.

Great news to updates every one! Jln persiaran just get approval from Government to upgrades from 2 link to 4 Link. End of the year will start to build new road! !! 恭 喜 恭 喜! !
