Although 4 is unfavoured, but some Chinese may like "48" or "84". So if there is a level 48, I think They can sell it for a premium price...

Nice facilities but no forest as DF but with city enviroment Seem like high density unit become a trend d ? Min land more unit earn more DF, fennel, setia sky... |

The reason why i did a search and bring up the chart is because so often we will hear statement like 'oh the Koreans took up 20 units' 'Oh Singaporean/PRC came in as investors for this development'
