Although 4 is unfavoured, but some Chinese may like "48" or "84". So if there is a level 48, I think They can sell it for a premium price...

Went to view setia sky... 5acre land with 880 unit luxury condo
Nice facilities but no forest as DF but with city enviroment

Seem like high density unit become a trend d ? Min land more unit earn more

I saw some sub 500-600k condo/serviced apartments also have some foreign buyers especially those in Cyberjaya from the website.

One Menerung is luxurious but not TG la, Condos on top of a neighbourhood mall next to MRT is catered for mass market, just that they sell premium pricing. TG is the same class as Casa Indahs next to it , just that the designs are different because launched at different times, and of course, different pricing la because purchasers asked for it.

The reason why i did a search and bring up the chart is because so often we will hear statement like 'oh the Koreans took up 20 units' 'Oh Singaporean/PRC came in as investors for this development'

But the fact is, all local cina mari. Aren we deceived by the false info that our projects are like hot cakes in the foreigner's eyes? always invest in doubt

97% of Malaysian properties are bought by Malaysian buyers... i think in terms of state, johor punya iskandar region has the fastest growing foreign buying.

August sales in jb will be flooded by china Chinese once country garden in action.... Quite a scary scenario.....especially for local developer to compete with china's giant

L&G major shareholder is Mayland boss and Mayland has JV with Country Garden to develop landed projects in Rawang and Kajang, Kundang and Semenyih to be exact
