DF was at iproperty expo this week. Think they are pushing to complete sales of phase 1 so that can launch phase 2 duplex end of this year

Hear Markerting person call Seri told me duplex will launch target next year, price will upto 1 million +

This is the most public/common people going for a property sales gallery.... crazy!!! Better than BBB... this is MMM. Makan-makan-makan.

The sales person told me that L&G will raise price again next week. Either that is a typical salesman pitch or for real - I wish them good luck.

It should been better organised especially on the buffet dinner.

There is not enough food for the turn ups and some people left empty stomach.

They queue until they reach the counter/stall to know that food is already finished.

And all those RSVP thing is thoroughly confusing.

Decided to skip this, it's more like a public event than a proper 'Thank you' event for the DF buyers. With freeloaders mentality all around I doubt the supply of F&B will ever be enough. Went for the Fireworks in Bon Odiri instead

Went and see the show unit in DF. Left higher units only. Not worth cos abit pricey now. Guess I am not an early bird. Hahaha....However, L&G quite reputable, happy for those who snap up good units earlier when DF was launched.
