Is this a good investment? RM600 psq is too exp, and like so many completed condos, its fully sold out but barely occupied. if too many ppl buy it for the intention of flipping, this may backfire eventually.

Taikor, Cyberjaya not cheap leh, all landed cost > RM1mil. Highrise no middle ground, only either student accomodation or SOHO, SOVO.
There are not many 500K-700k affordable condo for middle income family.

Cyberjaya residences need to pay toll plus Petrol consumptions is huge if travel everyday to KL City.
That is why i have friends who work in KL choose to live in Seremban, can straight away go to Sentral, an hour ride using public transport, another one live in Seremban but work in CBJ, commute daily from Seremban as well. Seremban prop still affordable compared to CBJ f were to choose Siberfar area

Landed has its value. A High End Residences landed will sell > RM 2 M @ Damansara, > RM 1 M @ Cyberjaya.

It is pretty easy, increase the price quarterly and gradually as all other goods and services are gradually getting expensive thru time. People like to buy property that increses in price gradually. Further, if developer can complete the Foresta attractions promptly, sales is not a problem at all. 2nd phase no problem thought!?

No I don't hate this project, I stay @SD 2stry opposite SD Club & I wish both DF & DA can bring SD to a new height. Hope the developer can do a good job in preventing a land slide 

Sri Damansara landed property getting hot since 2008. Price has gone up fast.
When it was first launched, everyone said this SD is the "tipu dsara" not the real dsara....hehe.

Passed by site, looks like block A level 8, 9, 10, the structure is up so if the architect certified that, the purchasers will get their next billing

By the way, the altivo at DA looks nice n should be VP soon

But if open up, firstly LDP will lose toll collection and they will lobby and secondly sri damansara will be flooded with cars wanting to avoid the toll. The RA of Sri Damansara is actually against opening up...

Bcoz after 3 years, need to pay RM3500 to RM4000 (including maintenance fee) per month 

Actually left those west facing units which people not keen and those high floor units which people think too expensive...IMHO
