the SA said block A still have some unit - they intro me level 17 type A at RM870k++

compare to Block B level 31 type B - RM890k
and Block D - level 23 Type A - almost that price..

which unit better? for own stay.... pls advise.

Block D still have maybe 30% unit most of them are high floor...

i like corner and face outside unit. that why the SA intro me some balance unit from BLock A and B
17 floor type A comapre 31floor type B the price almost same but size bigger fro type A... how to choose..

how much we need to pay if we buy a unit say RM900k ( before discount )
only the 2% = RM18k? any other legal or processing fees?

the parking is side by side or front back?

for block C the good view should be type C,A and D which face inside? but the type A the yard quite small and not much space cause back already the lift.. for own stay a bit not so suitable...

type C will roughly how much?
if RM600-650/sft = RM855k-926k still consider worth? for own stay?

i went to see Perdana residen 2 before.. cause is sub sale.. the legal snp already cost RM30K and above.. then down payment... sorry cant afford it now..

the type d 1610 now only left few drop out unit at Block D - cost RM950K + for floor below 15..

there have one unit near Block A Type D face pool RM930k but facing afternoon sun...

20+ floor will hot cause cant really block by block D right?

type A yard facing inside and only limited space the air in. cause beshind is the lift wall d...

idaman hill also a good landed but price higer a bit..
i went to view the PR2, the finishing ok ok la.. the location still ok, but selayang always more happening at the other side but still consider convenient. but 3story maybe too big for a new couple ...


by the way.. for foresta Type D, the FOC kitchen cabinet is the small part only? smaller than type B,A right?

block A,B more investor.. that why sold out faster.. block D and C only for those wanna own stay..

VEO, maple and westside consider luxury as they advertise it.. Foresta maybe consider as semi luxury or semi high end condo

this show not much ppl really get it for own stay...


by the way.. Foresta only have forest view, any kl city view? perhaps high floor for Block B type D?

now booking fees is 2% and only 8% discount.
