Block C 27th Floor, the two 1610 sq ft units are now selling at RM994k and RM1.06M before rebate. Block A price higher than Block C already?

Wah, Phase 2 all 2000q ft above, so entry is RM1M onwards...

I have no doubt on the location so it's possible if given another 2 factors which is quality of the product and quality of the tenants.

If the available units is correct, it will mean almost 90% sold for phase 1. rclxms.gif

Hi all, i just know Infront Sri D'sara have a new LRT Station, will link to kepong (have 3 station) and link to sentul. Under MRT Corporation. But it is a proposal by MRT only, wait for Cabinet vote......any one know about this news...?

Not bad... Finally we have MRT at kepog, selayang, sri damansara area... Eventhough still need 7-8yrs

In the post they said mostly station at SD will located at Damansara Avenue
If really happen , we as DF resident still need to drive there to park .. Or bicycle ?

MRT is no doubt an added ingredient for prop price appreciation in near future, but it ll most likely given lower chance for a resi dev to turn into luxury or exclusive. Usually MRT is cater for medium or medium lower class ppl to travel to town (no obligation).

Let's ask developer to purchase a shuttle bus n pass to JMB... like SDB also do the same for windows on the Park n make it as a selling point...

park Is the subset of forest.
DF has Hammock park also, besides the development also have hot spring, fruit orchard, picnic ground, tea houses, butterfly garden, jungle track, and the list go on.
