Is this DF worth goin for??? Access ll b a major prob in future. But I like this area. I think price is fair by looking at the current market. Good if they can really provide another access.

MRT is no doubt an added ingredient for prop price appreciation in near future, but it ll most likely given lower chance for a resi dev to turn into luxury or exclusive. Usually MRT is cater for medium or medium lower class ppl to travel to town (no obligation).
