there are 2 types of facilities imho, those within the condo premise and those surrounding it. It make sense at least to stop ppl from walking into the wild after 6 but that just my guess.

For the swimming pool management is control by jmc commitee and not manage by developer. No worry about that.

You get 42 acres now. After completion few years later need to return 21 acres back to government. 42acres-21acres= left 21acres.

Just booked my unit on 16th floor block C, facing the pool. PSF price came to about 556psf after discount. Not sure if its still a good buy. Any sifu can comment?

This unit is for investment and not for own stay.

It is not returned to government.
It is hand overed to the mppj to manage and maintain the public area, whilst prior to it, it is managed and maintained by developer.
Change of administrator.

Yeah. It is alright to share, the more visitors the merrier.
Like Desa Park city lake front, it is open to public as well. I can see many jog there and play fire works during new year eve count down. With this, the project will enhance its popularity.

Just concern the crime rate at the forest park. when it become a public place. with many trees around they can easily hide themselves. the environment create very dodgy place for them. not same as Desa Park City lake park. hardly have big tree. almost nothing blocking the sight of the park. they hardly can hide at the lake park. hope the authority can strengthen the security there. don't repeat the tragedy happen at Gasing park recently.

for first few years YES. after few years NO. MPPJ will take back and open it for public.
if give to developer the 21 arce will turn out another 10 blocks of high-rise there.

if foresta forever keep the forest park. the cost of maintenance will be tooooo high to absorb.
but that not going to happen. developer already make a deal with MPPJ. MPPJ sure will take back after the contract end.

Crime happens any where, DPC lakefront city's Maybank has been robbed many time, our Deputy Prime Minister's family and Chief police inspectors house also got robbed last week.

It is not limited to forest.
