i find it funny while DF is not ridiculously price compared to those at 1000psf and it actually provides much more living quality than others which might be just a plain building with facilitation and yet, criticism still happens. hmm.gif

It will be really good if the 42acres of land is semi private and self maintain, more exclusive like the DPC.

What i'd suggest is the nature facilities are available for the public with a cost but free for the residents. smile.gif

I have bought few units, hence already meet the quota for bank loan, bank not ready to release more loan.

Hope this is clear.

it's ok no one is questioning your intention to sell, if you manage to secure 'a few' units, losing a little deposits like RM600 won't harm rite? just do a cancellation and get your refund smile.gif

On side note, i'll scan the car park floor plan and post up in a while.

As you can see from the floor plan, we have a total of 4 blocks but only 3 sets of lifting system. so some blocks are sharing?

QUOTE(VIPKYL @ Oct 5 2012, 10:39 AM)
Just wondering. When 1st launch, what was the original selling price for the Block A type A 1426sqft @ 25th floor and also the 3 units drop-out from Block A, B which someone mentioned few days ago? Is this latest selling price revised up (tremendously) to match with so-called current market price? If increased tremendously, buyer needs to decide which unit is "value buy" and compare with Block D unsold units. And I've the same thought with others, upcoming Block C is not cheap because 1/2 of the units of this block are facing forest & pool.
