I have drawn a graphic which explains how to properly connect the HDMI cables since you have a Home Theatre System....

Well.... if possible.... connect as recommended in my graphic above. If your "home theater system" don't have any HDMI Input, then you are forced to connect Byond HDMI Out directly to your HDTV sooooo.... no Dolby 5.1 for you from your HDTV... just change back to "Stereo (Analogue and Digital)"... or hehehe, just buy a new better HDTV with proper built-in decoders... cry.gif bank akaun manyak manyak sakit loh !

I don't know what "home theater system" you have so I assume that you have a good quality system which include an Amplifier/Receiver with a few HDMI Inputs and 6 separate speakers. Some budget or cheaper systems have very limited features so some don't have any HDMI Input.

To Fubar20... thanks for refering to my previous post. smile.gif

rclxms.gif Another nice presentation from you.
Another thing is if the "home theater system" have a coaxial input then it can still get Dolby 5.1 from Byond decoder coaxial output.

Hehe... yea... forgot about the co-axial connection. blush.gif Thanks for your compliments and for mentioning the alternative connection. biggrin.gif

I hope Horseman HT system don't have the same "connection problem" with no HDMI input, only have Optical/SPDIF Input, no Co-Axial Input... as I have explained in previous posts for cheaper budget HTIB systems. rclxub.gif

Yes. No problem with that (of course to enable HDMI on B.yond, you've gotta take HD also.). tongue.gif

sometimes i don't understand people..
if u go to astro page in fb, there is someone stated that if i130 is gone from astro platform, njoi will get less channel and he demanded to know the replacement of that channel.. i was thinking, is there anyone watch that channel?? why would he want that channel so bad?? even i pay subscriber still thinks that channel is a waste of transponder and bandwidth..
