He means monthly installment = $5,000 but could only fetch rental of only $4,000, so negative cashflow of $1,000

Which is why i replied who is god green earth would be stupid enough to go buy a house/condo that kinda negative cashflow without doing research/calculations

"Buy 5 properties for 30 yrs installment" can be positive cashflow or negative cashflow depends on how much downpayment and how much you rent out.

My cousin (aged 23) working in Dubai (fresh grat with zero experience) earning USD7K a month with paid annual leave of 25 days + average bonus of 3 mths also din consider a big deal.

and he just bought a landed Semi-D in KL recently for $1.7m.

In the end, we are still working for others and the real bosses just goyang kaki take home S$30K a month.

Not necessarily to be in O&G, i have a customer, she reports to work earliest 11am and sometimes not come to work at all. she is just assisting the marketing department and helping the MD to follow up on some jobs. But, the pay is more than S10k per month with lots of allowances...........as the her father is the owner of the company. tongue.gif

for some odd reason i cant believe u're a girl and what u posted hehe..

anyway, dont worry about taking trains here, u can get stared at/stomped for not giving away seats to elderly also.
so molesting is kinda out of the picture. u can always shout too..
