Salary no pay!! Close this job without Notices. (i think use this as excuse dun want pay)

6/10/2012 - 24/11/2012 i work in this company. first payment i get but take around 2 week to get my first salary . second payment i no get . when i submit in 27/11/2012. i close my msn. waiting they reply. but after 3 day i no getting response so i start call them. they say no receive my email. i open my email and try resend. after that i call them again. they tell me they have close this job. so i think after i submit should still be claim. then i tell them oh. i see.. then i will stop go running those shop. i waiting until 5/12/2012 i start call them.
me= how was my salary?
that company= i already inform you we already close this job.
me= ya but after i work and submit you only tell me you close this job? you should say early not until i work finish you only tell me this job close. that your company problem.
that company= last time i have call you and ask you do you want to do klang and port klang you say dun want?
me= when i say klang dun want? i just say port klang dun want because i no familiar with port klang i will lost at there. i still left same place i no finish run. after i run finish those area i will quit this job
that company= the director dun want pay you. and we already hand over all thing to client on 1/12/12
me (continue no need say. i end up been tread like this and no get my salary)

but the last one i submit have 51 shop the salary they should pay me around rm127.50. as mention in that post.
the sunligh dam hot i still hard working. to try get those shop they request.

the unhappy part are. cannot they just send a message say the job has been close. you can stop running thank you like that??? see they post until now also dun want inform ppl has been close? very no responsibility

If there's the same kind of company that go door to door to sell products, im interested!
I prefer selling products than selling charity..

Really funny. see his expire date 6/12/2012? i Email on 27/11/12. on 30/12/2012 i call and ask her have receive my email? they say dun have. i open email in msn email write fail then i resubmit on 30/12/2012 they say i late give them and this job is closing? still want ugut me Remove my post. i have edit but just cut and paste. no edit any single word. if you think my post is fake can try call forum lowyat staff find me. i prove them. they admin can open my id to check too this email.

Just want to shared. Beware of This ppl and this company. is ok la.. just small amount not big and the company cannot afford to pay. i just shared out prevent another victim like me.

Hi, Maniacorp just called me up for interview tmr and i answered them already. Is it true that this company's a fraud?

I dun know if this is the right thread to post,

Anyway I just quit my job 1+ month ago, and quit according to the contract, and given the notice agreed in contract, also work and finish up work during that noticed period. Now the owner of that company is not paying my last salary (which only 5 day = around 1k worth) but he keep giving excuse, now he down right ignore my sms and email.

What should I do? Or just accept the fact that my last salary is burnt.

I got the job from this forum btw.

Hi, did u go for d interview? They probably wouldve told u the same thing....go set up booth...get paid commision for doing maxis,celcom, wwf, kidney foundation etc...

yea i did. They advertised management trainee but its got nth to do with it. The first interview is actually just to see ur face and pass up resume. Then i asked what is the job scope about. He refused to tell me. Kept on saying he'll tell me during the 2nd interview. so i asked do i have to do sales and stuff? Then he gave it away by saying 'yes we are an organisation which helps to promote big companies like maxis, celcom, wwf etc to ppl, asking them to sign up for package'

we did set a date for 2nd interview but i din attend. knowing its gona be a waste of time. he said it'll be prolly 2hrs long.

The office is completely empty. only a desk for the person who interviewed me. its like no one actually gets to stay in the office. Doesnt feel like an office at all for me.

Every time when you all see advertisement on newspaper looking for management trainee, assistant supervisor, and merchandiser with the salary between rm1200-rm1800 ++ :hehe: don't trust it ...

Okie you got 2nd interview, we will call you later (how long i need to wait?) 2 3 days. if we call you for the 2nd interview, you need to be free from 8am - 5pm like one day, please bring your note book and wear formal. manager will interview you :shock: i am not the manager. the manager now at sarawak,

i ask again , the manager garang kah :o he said he is nice Chinese.

then saya tunggu la 1 hari ... tidada call... dua hari... ya ada sudah :hyper: (anda d terima untuk interview kedua)

semangat la then i go for 2nd interview, ready with smart formal :cool2: clothes with the tali leher..

2nd interview - need to jawab2 soalan... (stupid question)

Ok work start ~ i follow this Mr.N.. what he do visit all shop at 1 borneo and talk to the kedai owner or penjaga kedai, promote the product by tell lie to them... promote the brand product.. the company from singapore... bla bla.. then tell them..we are not sale... we just take order..pay when the item deliver ~ free delivery

i start to think :o ohh this is kind of new salesman way.. but they are not bring all the product 1st.. just take order
i still see from the good view..of advertising "promote the brand" face to face. then i think the job so easy..
we just need to promote the brand to people.. don't care it sale or not :shakehead: still you get your salary.. ok..
it sound good to me.... because they tell people it limited and promotion price...for just rm35 other shop sell expensive rm125++

the supervisor tell me the job is nice, no need to fikir2 busy time at office..here we just jalan2 promote then i ask again :o no need to sell ? just promote? he said yes... he also tell you that only 3-5 weeks you can be "assistant manager"... :shock: can u believe that ? beside basic you get rm1500 you also get 5% from keuntungan syarikat kononnya rm150-rm200 per WEEK :shakehead: if "manager" 20% (6-8 bulan can be manager) you can get rm2000-rm3000 per week + your basic..salary wahhh :shock: then i excited..

then at 5 pm we go home to office... at 5pm already sesak jalan raya.. if you lucky you can reach office at 5.30pm if not then 6pm++ then i set the exam.. the exam easy..just write down all the step2 and system.. interview again with the manager lelaki.. then i got the job :thumbs: start no salary becoz still training so allowance rm800.

Next day = the day to deliver the order. you know what :peace: deliver order is in thursday and friday ~
~~(from mon-wed get order)... in Thursday if the your order delivery register only 10 pcs then the group bring 30 pcs.. i ask why, then the mr.N.. said.. maybe their next friend see and want to buy.. we can direct sell :thumbs: to them.. (but before this he explain to them it limited..why got many extra) see how the lie..

in office i also see :o it just small empty office...2 chairs and 1 meja that to old about to broken. i see the notice board got point per week. when i ask mr.N what this point all about.. he said.. just wait and see, you still training you will understand later.

then we go la at one borneo delivery the order, after done 10 pcs.. got 20 extra.. we sell it to public :o just like salesman.. wahh the job is salesman the one will disturb you when you jalan2 then take your time like 10 min. the worst part which is i don't like is the Mr.N ask me to talk with the people in restaurant the one still makan2 eating their food..then you go disturb them :o

she said something like this~
"this job is better than the hotel job... income is better than other office work, when people ask what is my job.. i said i am the manager in this company...they laugh, when i ask money they said no money.. but me.. someone want to reload i give to them...nah rm100 go reload ...nah nah.. am i stupid work this job selling product to people..bla bla i got my husband..my family to support them... minyak now mahal....bla bla bla..."

then i feel this company Orin's Advertising is scam and big liar...especially about the income why i saying this?

1. when someone buy the product - they open resit but..on the resit i see the company name is not Orin's Advertising it is DNMC INTERNATIONAL Sdn Bhd why they hide their name company ? also in news ads job they dont put their company name.

2. the Mr.N said we help big company promote their product and the brand... but when i run check all detail, they lie DNMC is them, they are just same company, just use different name. So they use people to sell their product.

3. the shame one the manager perempuan, before Mr.N explain about the income, the manager pempuan also talk big lie every morning about she have so many money.. then you all know what , she and her husband only drive kancil mah... kancil the one cheap 850..how come income per week 2k-3k not even can buy big car... she only pinjam2 her husband kancil to send us to one borneo...

4. the asist manager to Mr.N saying got big income :o and he got driving license but he only use bus transport to go work.. i said y not use car... :o then he try to change topic..car still bank punya la so simpan d rumah... so stupid answer..

5. i also test the manager perempuan and the mr.N every morning before work at one borneo getting order product.. we singgah at this kedai makan.. then i test them if they really got high income. i said, belanja me makan.. i got no money.. then they were so hard mah to belanja... then try to change topic too... THINK if u got income per week rm150 or rm2000 only belanja makan rm10 also hard meh..... so they were big lie to all people...

even my minyak kereta also he don't want pay me, only say "nantilah" i train only 2 days... they not even consider to pay me back...

6. i also see how their way, smoker with high income... but only buy the cheap rokok name era ... what is that ohh? when he looking for clothes for the company anual dinner... he not buy the brand item too, only looking for the cheap , the one with diskaun ,if he got money, just got meet the tukang jahit baju lah.... penipu

So Orin's Advertising is actually do job salesman

You know guys, I would really recommend headhunters matching jobs for people who is looking for better jobs. I tell this based on experience.

That time just fresh grad and looking for a job. Very hard I tell ya. Somehow quite lucky to meet up with a women from a outsourcing company. She say will match me accordingly with my degree and resume.

Less than a week, got call from an employer. American Express. Join their fraud department overseeing USA. High pay and good benefit. But office job. MEH.

Highly recommend headhunters.

Consider other possibility of thing that make you uncapable to work - Electronics Harassment (very few people know - search Google !) devices
like the X-ray damage you.

They just put a handbag at your company neighbour and the devices operated using remote control from a far distance.

The device make you sick, cancer, headache, uncapable to work and uncapable to live.

They may be do by the black heart people who earn dirty money or their children or family member. They just live like normal people upstair and they disturb you day and night.

This Telediret is a 100% legal company. They are telemarketing company selling bank insurance. The turnover rate is high because some people cannot make sales or no sales so many people so they are constantly hiring people.

Hello....it's very true from what many people commented on the forum about EKG n the NKF WWF so on.... But it's totally turns up wrong once I explore the whole organisation by giving myself time to see. Let me explain why....I just graduated in BioChemistry n looking for job almost 3.5month and I don't get any. VERY FRUSTRATED...Really.
So, I saw an advertisement on Jobstreet for MANAGEMENT TRAINEE at EKG. I just applied as I need to start somewhere. So I went through the website n all forums before my interview. I got shocked n scared to enter as there are negative statements on this company. However, I decided to go in as I better work rather than listening to all this. But I still did my research.
I went for interview...the office look awesome n pleasant. Managers very friendly....I don't know this is normal or not as this is first job...
I also been invited for second session where their people bring me to coffee shop and give me full briefing on the job. All look ok but the salary part a bit scary as it's commission. I ask further questions to the person and he said to me full training given if I willing to learn. Seems I am a fresh graduate I giving myself a shot to try. Better do something rather than stay at home rite???....
I enter first week n imagine what happen? I given full training on their policy n job knowledge. I ok as I not going to sell anything on this 2 days.... After that I given a personal trainer...wow. I am an sportsman...I know personal trainer is costly. The trainer with me almost 2 weeks to train n build my strength...and it goes on...I saw alot....
No chair as per the forum....no it's wrong. They have chairs. Some of their meeting is standing as per Japan....I refer to Japan format of meeting n it's true...
They have meeting daily....correct....they do praise the best sales guy n build team...also some other necessary knowledge needed for fresh graduate like me...
Working 6 days is correct but they also give me off anytime I needed or whenever I hit my target....I love this as I have more time for my personal.....I took almost 4 days off on my 2weeks in the company...I took coz my family want to vacation in Genting...I afraid to ask off from them but I have to as my parents force me. I ask off day n got it...YAHOO...
On my first week salary....not happy..I poor on face to face as my background is Biochemistry....this is how much I made from week 1-4... Week 1 rm210. 2ndweek I make RM350. 3rd week I make rm700. 4th wek I make rm1200. Amazing yeah... I do that coz I have someone to coach n assist me all the way. For a fresh graduate like me without any experiences...making Rm2460 per month is good. I also have improved the confident, communication n many more. As per the forum you guys say there is deduction...yes there is deduction on my pay when the case is rejected. I guess it's ok as I still get my pay n it's fair...
For all my friends out there, it's up to you to trust or not but I share this because this company had really help me....
This company is not the same as maniacorp and I have no idea on this. As my question to the manager he said this 2 company have no connection n only similarity is their supplier. The way the run is all different.

I got a question. Should an employee left a company with 1 month notice + 1 month buy-out cheque (from his/her new employee). He will still be entitle for the 1 month notice salary which he served right? Is there anything that can be done should the old company did not payout the salary even though the 1 month notice has been served and the buy-out cheque has been bank in to them?

3 days later they called me up for interview at some location (didnt catch what he said cuz was quite noisy at my place). I thought I can juz google the location and get most of the info from there. Ended up I cannot find any so I called up the office and ended up the company is actually Appco Group Asia and DLJ Trilogy is part of the group's company. Subsequently 2 minutes later I got an interview invitation from them through email. The email goes like this:

You think i should just go ahead and attend the interview as a 'look see' experience? I read from all the reviews from LYN members that this company is a scam.
