Hello....it's very true from what many people commented on the forum about EKG n the NKF WWF so on.... But it's totally turns up wrong once I explore the whole organisation by giving myself time to see. Let me explain why....I just graduated in BioChemistry n looking for job almost 3.5month and I don't get any. VERY FRUSTRATED...Really.
So, I saw an advertisement on Jobstreet for MANAGEMENT TRAINEE at EKG. I just applied as I need to start somewhere. So I went through the website n all forums before my interview. I got shocked n scared to enter as there are negative statements on this company. However, I decided to go in as I better work rather than listening to all this. But I still did my research.
I went for interview...the office look awesome n pleasant. Managers very friendly....I don't know this is normal or not as this is first job...
I also been invited for second session where their people bring me to coffee shop and give me full briefing on the job. All look ok but the salary part a bit scary as it's commission. I ask further questions to the person and he said to me full training given if I willing to learn. Seems I am a fresh graduate I giving myself a shot to try. Better do something rather than stay at home rite???....
I enter first week n imagine what happen? I given full training on their policy n job knowledge. I ok as I not going to sell anything on this 2 days.... After that I given a personal trainer...wow. I am an sportsman...I know personal trainer is costly. The trainer with me almost 2 weeks to train n build my strength...and it goes on...I saw alot....
No chair as per the forum....no it's wrong. They have chairs. Some of their meeting is standing as per Japan....I refer to Japan format of meeting n it's true...
They have meeting daily....correct....they do praise the best sales guy n build team...also some other necessary knowledge needed for fresh graduate like me...
Working 6 days is correct but they also give me off anytime I needed or whenever I hit my target....I love this as I have more time for my personal.....I took almost 4 days off on my 2weeks in the company...I took coz my family want to vacation in Genting...I afraid to ask off from them but I have to as my parents force me. I ask off day n got it...YAHOO...
On my first week salary....not happy..I poor on face to face as my background is Biochemistry....this is how much I made from week 1-4... Week 1 rm210. 2ndweek I make RM350. 3rd week I make rm700. 4th wek I make rm1200. Amazing yeah... I do that coz I have someone to coach n assist me all the way. For a fresh graduate like me without any experiences...making Rm2460 per month is good. I also have improved the confident, communication n many more. As per the forum you guys say there is deduction...yes there is deduction on my pay when the case is rejected. I guess it's ok as I still get my pay n it's fair...
For all my friends out there, it's up to you to trust or not but I share this because this company had really help me....
This company is not the same as maniacorp and I have no idea on this. As my question to the manager he said this 2 company have no connection n only similarity is their supplier. The way the run is all different.
