I dun know if this is the right thread to post,

Anyway I just quit my job 1+ month ago, and quit according to the contract, and given the notice agreed in contract, also work and finish up work during that noticed period. Now the owner of that company is not paying my last salary (which only 5 day = around 1k worth) but he keep giving excuse, now he down right ignore my sms and email.

What should I do? Or just accept the fact that my last salary is burnt.
